Help me think of a name for a sushi restaurant

I'm thinking of opening another sushi restaurant and been trying to come up with a good name for the place.    I don't want it cheezy like "wasabi" or "ginger" or something.    Something thats easy to say and easy to remember.    It most like will end with "Sushi" after the name... like my current place Zenko Sushi

Tony, does the winner get free sushi for a year? lol.... do you want something authentic? If so, I'll ask wifey...

It can be anything really...   name of a city or mountain...etc.

I asked the wifey last night. Her suggestions: 

Yamato Sushi (Yamato is an ancient way of saying Japanese or Japan) 

Akebono Sushi (Akebono means dawn / daybreak which is the same reason the brake company use it). 

A name, like someone else already posted "Sakura Sushi" Sakura is the word for Cherry Blossoms which are so beautiful and they celebrate every year and it's also a popular girls name. Or whatever Japanese name you happen to like the sound of.

We've got a place in the Netherlands called Shabu Shabu easy to remember.

shabu shabu is a japanese one pot dish, unrelated to sushi as far as i know.

FWIW my wife is jdm born and raised, spent 1/2 her life in Tokyo where her parents live, so I figure who better to ask than a native.

Thanks FLS for asking...yeah I figure either a city or name would work but yamato is taken down the street from me.   Sakura is coo but its taken too in Orange.   There are soo many sushi restaurants in socal its hard to come up with something unique or less common.

Iwakuni Sushi?  You'll bring in all the military that loved it out there.  I know I would go if I saw that name.  It would remind me of being back in Japan.
