Swagger Wagon Build.. 2011 Toyota Sienna
Just thought I share what I have been working on here in Hawaii for the past month.
I may not be building my own rides but I am still active in helping friends build there rides.
My Current Project is the 2011 Toyota Sienna Van "Swagger Wagon"
I am helping in this build with farbricating the Air Ride Suspension
We will be using UAS bags with custom mounts with an Accuair Air Managment system.
Hope you guys all enjoy watching this build!
Its always nice to start with a brand new ride.
Lines ran to front
Wires going in
Compressor going under the van

Van stripped
I used the OEM struts.. with UAS bags and Forjworks Bracket System..
Cutting the OEM perch off
Welding up the Forjworks bracket system
This is the upper bearing the van uses... had to have a custom bearing made..
First i made this but didnt work out
SO made these

Another pimp project coming out of the Eight08Customs/Forjworks stable. Wish that were my ride.........but its all g cause if I ever get my hands of new Sienna you will have a couple under your belt.
Notice that you have removed the rear altezza lights. Please tell me they are going to be replaced with Red and Clears. The only two things I would change on the SE are the tails and grill. I also notice that the emblems have been removed........replacing with some bling? Or a new product from Forjworks?
Most definately keeping an eye on this thread.

Those of you that may want to bag a Sienna we had to make this custom upper bushing and top bag mount to replace the OEM brng. Without this the UAS bag wont work..

Ok guys here goes anouther install by Forjworks.
This is the same set up as the First 2011 Seinna Van. FORJWORKS Airride Systems Kit. The only thing thats differant is the air management. Customer wanted the basic Manual paddle switches set up.
THis by far is the quickest install even though we stold our time.. and stretched out for a 2 week span..the hour put in added up to less than a day.. 14hours install time with all the custom fabricating to modifying and building the suspension. The UAS set up is probably the hardest set up to install. becuase off all the fab work..
Anyone interested in a 2011 Toyota Sienna SWAGAIR kit its not on our website but we can put togther a kit for you. But the only thing is cutting and welding of the fornt strut. and wires are included but Harness is something we do when we do the install.
To start here is the Guages.. Dakota Digital
Like all of our wiring we like to make a harness.. Its take a little more time but clear install with out all the tie strap.
We alway like to keep thing looking OEM and stealthy.. WE installed Paddle switches in the blank OEM switch holes. a little cutting and grinded but the end product is this
Again Forjworks wire harness
Again as much as possible ... IMO these guages dont need to be for everyone to see. and its an eyesore when i see it right smack in the middle of the dash.. Van has a millon cup holders so looseing one wasnt an issue..
Like always at forjworks we try not to bolt things to the floor pan when doing under car installs. Custom Fabricated rack is made and bolted in.. and the most amazing thing is we didnt seld this rack onto to van nor did we drill a hole right through the floor.. I'll share on how to do this in anouther topic..
All the mounting bolts for thank and comp are welded in for ease of install.. all you need is one wrench
Installed and wired
Front struts getting read to get cut up for our FORJWORKS bracket system for use of UAS bags
Now its a FORJWORKS Strut!
Our Bracket System
This is what makes this strut work.. FORJWORKS designed top plate.. with out this this set up wont work porperly.

The only step left is getting the wheels on for WEKFEST! and that we have to save for the show.. Sorry guys we will post the finsihed pics after wekfest.

Mahalo for the photo. Looks killer! I go back to work from parternity leave on the 2nd. Can I still ask is you will be able to move my air system? Also my current compressor is still working but takes a while to fill the tank. Might be time to replacw the compressor. Let me know when would be good with you.
