thanks for the positive comments! pictures of my 0 gauge power wire for my system. currently running 2 12" treo ssp subs with a treo rsx 1900 amp. just an average trunk set-up though nothing crazy, havn't though of an actual trunk layout, considering there's not much trunk space due to the gas tank -_-. picked up the s14 conversion kit from "bob_sagat" Cusco Q45 top hats Megan s14 tension rods Megan s14 tie rod ends S14 ABS spindles S14 ABS hubs s14 Lower Control arms picture from "bob_saget" (minus his coilovers) [IMG]http://i1122.photobucket.com/albums/l527/droovo/droos%20Q45/240conversion.jpg[/IMG] i decided to go with Megan Track series for S13. (10k/12K spring rates) [IMG]http://i1122.photobucket.com/albums/l527/droovo/droos%20Q45/megan.jpg[/IMG] changed out the top hats to the Cusco ones. To my knowledge s13 coils don't bolt to s14 spindles, and you'd also need s14 rear top hats
i thought s13/s14 coils mounted the same, except the 13's were shorter?

Your system set up sounds like its beast though! Would you happen to possibly know why sometimes my systems makes like a humming noise? It only does it sometimes, and when I first wired it up it didnt make the noise at all. I feel like its my ground perhaps because when I speed up i can hear the humming get louder/speed up....

I feel like its my ground perhaps because when I speed up i can hear the humming get louder/speed up....[/QUOTE] funny that you brought that up because i ran into the same problem right after i installed my alpine head unit. i don't believe it has anything to do with the subwoofer/amp. the q45 has the factory amp and if you look carefully at the factory speakers, each speaker has an individual amp on them, you would have to bypass it somehow i havnt got a chance to do it. i used the factory amplifier to get sound through the unit. as far as i know the get around the problem, is to wire all the speakers to the unit (can be a pain in the ass)

check this out, had these at the shop i work at (the carshop) and decided to just throw it on my q :shrug:. they're Speedline Corse 3pc wheels. Specs are 18x8.5 +15 fronts 18x10 +20 rears. came of a bmw lug pattern is 5x120 so i got some adapters that are 30mm all around. also, buddy of mine had some PBM S14 RUCAs for sale brand new so i picked them up, probably gonna need them sooner or later. got a little problem with hyperblink. so i recently installed led lights for my signals front and rear. when i signal it's blinks pretty damn fast lol, also when i turn on my hazards they also blink fast. and yes of course i've installed load resistors front and back (50w 6Ohm) and still has the same problem. any one have an idea what i should do?

came out nice, but may i ask why you used 2000 grit paper? your paint might start peeling bc the part you painted is flexible, in direct sun light and the paint might not be able to bite. just my $.02.
yeah im not sure why i hit it with a 2000 either, i realized it after i painted it lol. oh well trial and error. at the end of the day, they're just visors thankfully haha
sanding plastics has nothing to do with anything with out a good adhesion promoter

finally got the chance to open up the top deck so my bass can travel through the car.. so i got rid of these useless suckers from the rear top deck. I also installed a killswitch for my subwoofer so I would recommend leaving or upgrading the stock subs and taking out those two middle plates because when I dont feel like riding around knocking and I turn the sub off the door speakers sound incomplete without the rear deck speakers. The amp looks pretty baller also

now that all my things are together, finally got the time and stayed late after work to get started on the lay out. decided to make a board to mount it against the wall, since these damn q45 are so limited to trunk space. installing my mode parfume rear bumper. got it painted by midnight garage and im happy with the results.
