Vintage concept HRE for your car ?

We build this concept design for Sony's booth at SEMA to gauge interest. What you guys think of this retro vintage styling? Would you roll on a vintage HRE styled wheel?

I'd like it more if those pie cuts were open as well... But hot nevertheless :biggthumpup:

I'd rock them like steelies on a E30 or a Miata. Probably not on my GS though...

From the first time I saw that wheels about a month ago, I always like them. I have been trying to find more info about the wheels. Any more info?

Sorry, definitely not feeling the design.  Looks like your design guy got his inspiration from a cup holder.  The step lip and brushed face is top notch though.

That LP640 looks amazing! Other cars, I wouldn't be so sure about.

Seen them in person on James car (lambo pictured).  Wasn't feeling them

a two tone would put a whole different look to these wheels.

it was cool in the 80s...  and that's about it.   reminded me of countach wheels right away

really? no one likes em?? man.. I think that has to be one of my fave wheels too. To me that is what made Lamborghini Iconic was the revolver hole wheels. They look a lot better than the lets bring the Work Equip back and make it look the same. 

This has a super modern deco style. Do not throw away the cad drawings away if you decide not to make these. Cause when I pick a Murcie up, I will rock these so hard with a middle finger to the people who dont like these wheels.

There are very few wheels that I take personal, AMG mono blocks (the rear full face non rivet ones) and these wheels.

Actually if you made a option for the "tubes" that would be hot too. But reason why you guys are on right track is its been in the fam for a long time..

I actually thought they looked pretty good in person my first thought was of the Countach...I cant really see them on a sedan though...

Looks good on the lambo for sure. Other cars might be a little ify.

not a fan, would look horrible on a normal car other than a lambo imo

the rear wheel on the car looks dope...the front, not so much.  There are plenty of cars other than a countach that could pull it off.

i like em. alot of the things i like the  most come from outside the box designs. are u guys really considering making some of these?? pm me info =)
