I just love that mesh look and there high quality forgded wheels that I heard nothing but good things from people, plus I will be the only one rocking this set up in So Cal on a Cima (i think on a vip car) and with that much LIP=)! The step lip is nice but it dosent show lip like the reverse.

Looking forward to seeing them on the car. :giggity:

The lips are going to be sent to the chomers to me chomed=) in the pic
they are just a raw like bare metal no finish on it. The face will be a brushed /high polish and the lips will be chrome.:biggthumpup:

Nice.  I kind of figured it out when I seen the raw lip.  I thought of VIP mod right away and your old set lead me to believe it was going to be these new ones lol.  Cant wait to see

So my fronts are a 10in should I go 225 35 or 235 35 on Nankangs?? Wondering because of load my F50 is pretty heavy.
Rear is 255 35.

Depends on the offset, your body work(if any) and how low you plan to drive.  You can turn the wheel at lower heights when you have more stretch but if its not needed, don't do it especially in the front since the heavy engine is there

235 if you can get away with it.  225 has a very small diameter and less load capability

Got the Falkin 452 cuz thats the only tire that was available in the 275 35 20 that i could get today otherwise i had to wait couple days or pay $300:pat:

The camber, you nailed it on the head section off a piece of the upper control arm and add a threded section to be able to adjust=)

Update pics: This is pre camber haha as you can tell in the pics lol rear upper control arms being custom fab'ed and got different size/brand tire Nanakang 275 30 20 thinner, sits too high in the rear and this way should tuck more.

Hay VSC 

So finally got the rear sus fully adjustable lower upper and camber arms all adjustable thanks to Ross @ Midnight Garage, Jimmy @ Well Bilt Kustoms did the welds and helped mock up the upper arms, and Alex Pfeiffer who customized my spring bucket arm to make it adjustable. Here are some pics of the arms will post some pics of the car when its cleaned up.

doesn't it suck how the front doesn't go lower?   I bet your tire is touching the top of the fender liner making the car rest on the tire/rim.  you need to mod that to get lower in the front... rear looks good

On the quarter panels it was phone book method, rolled, and cut under the fender, and a little gentle hammering . But the rear wheels would have never fit without the Camber, and the custom arms that were made:biggthumpup:

The front we are going to put in S13/14 camber plates looking for a used set, did some measuring and should fit and I hopefully will be able to get the 2-3 neg camber up front :biggthumpup:

That will be easy, you can get even more. I have -4 in front with my camber plates and that's not even close to maxed out, I bet I could hit -10 if  I slide them all the way.

Looking for some S14 front top camber plates to replace my stock to get some front camber and sit little lower =)

I thought they were smaller in size and cant use them. At least when I last checked it was that way

I will have to dig mine out again.. and check.

Kouki also depending on which brand if they are JDM brand like cusco the plate will say (L)leftside  (R)rightside on them but when you test fit it try both sides. Meaning put the (R) on the left and the (L) on the right and vis versa. 
Thasts what we did the the screws then lined up with the body holes. So when we put the (L) on the right side it lined up=)

they were oem ones i had. they were taken off so i just flipped them upside down and lined them up on the studs. I will have to check again cause i remember it not lining up and that it was smaller in dia.

Took a drive over to Ace Muller in Westminster, Ca and got 2 of my mufflers/resenators removed and got 2 staight pipes. Car is still quiet lol. So will wait another 2 days and see how the sound is then, the guys said it would take a few days for the car to adjust??? 
If its still quiet then will go back and chop out some other parts hahahaha!

Do you still have a muffler on the rear? Mine was loud with out it too then removed cats for clearence and then got to loud and wish it sounded smoother

You should remove that whole center section and middle resonator. As long as  you have a muffler in the back, it will sound great. Honestly, my M sounds as good to me as just about any car I've heard, I completely love it. I have a Magnaflow SS dual in/out muffler in the back. My car is throaty and rumbles, but it's not loud. There's no drone at any speed either. On my Q I did the rear muffler delete which sounded good, but it definitely had a drone and didn't sound as good as the M does.

Hay Kevin! Yeh I think I'm gunna take out that single muffler up front and see how it sounds! My Q is still too quiet! This thing has more silencers then the Mafia! LOL

lol, did they pull you aside and ask you if you were a cop before they did the work? when i went in to get my secondary cats done (cause just the reso delete before was weak) he fully pulled me aside in the shop and interrogated me, lol. super cool spot right there. good work and it's pretty affordable.

I got a bolt on straight pipe for the rear muffler delete i will sell you, its all stainless, needs some polishing, but its a dual tip. Keep the cats on, and you will love the sound. I need a muffler on mine so i am taking it off.

It's not really any louder, but you get a bit more rumble, and you definitely get a bit more power.

Yea, single Magnaflow dual in/out stainless (not polished, but I will get to that eventually).  So it's a true dual exhaust all the way back.  I'm telling you Steve, I love, love, love, love the way my car sounds. It's not loud, but it lets you know it's a V8 when you step on it, there's not a single drop of drone at any speed or RPM and when you have the windows up, you can't hear it.

in other words, dont be a *****. lol. if you are afraid of droning noise, dont get an exhaust.. its all part of the game!!

I don't know about that mang. My Q had a drone at low speed/rpm and it didn't bother me at all cause it still sounded great. On the Q I just did the rear muffler delete with 22" SS tips.  However, on my M, it doesn't drone at all, not a bit. I also spent like 5 bills on the M's setup vs. only 180 or so on the Q's. The M I did the center section 2/1/2 plus resonator removal, replaced w/ dual pipes, an equalizer pipe, Magnaflow SS dual in/out muffler/tips and it's much nicer sounding overall.

yeah you dont hear it at all really unless you get on it.

Had a buddy pull/roll my rear fenders out about an inch and now able to tuck wheel here are some pic, gunna need some body shop clean up work and paint but got the space for the wheels to tuck, still going to do some more work under the fender for hopefully more tuckage! =)

I like it that way to but since I'm on 20's and cant tuck the rear i have to drive pretty high! :sad: and my lips were rubbing on my fender so sooner or later had to do this or go with a higher offset wheel or smaller lips ...and I aint about to do that!!!! hahaha! Change is good =) Thanks BAHC appreciate the comment!

Front camber plates are done but the guy who made them is know telling me after 6 weeks of waiting that I now have to pay $100 more then his original estimate! Juzzo yeh have plans already to source the front camber plates from else where, if that doesn't work then I will bite the bullet and go back to the original place and pay the extra $100:signdammit:

Pretty much rear fenders are done! theres a slight flare which I wanted very subtle, just have to go back and cut the inside of the bumper inner corner it pushes out when air all the way down. Will post some better pics later just picked it up hour ago hahaha! :dance: These pics are with the car at 0 psi. =)

See I knew I was not tripping mine did the same. OG said it was the caster of the wheel being pushed back. Sure it has some but unless the fender matches exactly it won't. Which is fine I like the flared look. Yours looks spot on son!!!

that's still the issue, it's just a matter of whether you want to correct it or modify for clearance. surgery or band aid. the radius rod is angled upward from the factory, when you lower the car it becomes parallel which pushes the wheel back. an adjustable traction rod can make up the length and provide bumpsteer correction. it's possible that even corrected you may need some clearance but geometry isn't just about looks.

That would be me that that hasn't finished the fenders on the GS since I am doing in in my garage  and I daily the car (no down time but should have them done sometime soon Hahaha)

But Steve car is looking good and we will get the fronts to match soon Hahha.

Hay guys here is the update on the front camber plates. I picked up a set of custom camber plates from Kevin Falk from his  M45/Y34 set up and they fit and was able to max them out and get -4 degrees and sit about 1.5 inches lower!!
Here are some pics aired out at 0psi.
 
Before you could see front tire but not NO MOH! only draw back is that the wheel sunk in about 1/2 inch so I might need to run a spacer or get 5inch lips :biggthumpup:

to match rear camber cut the strut off cut a 5 degree angle in it weld it back on and use the top hat to dial it in. Just make sure when you cut the angle, you weld it on so it angles towards the wheels not away haha

- rear wheels too aggressive
- rear sitting too high
- rear fender lacking a body line badly since the fronts have a very noticable one
- way too much camber in the rear compare to fronts

-Too aggressive?? what does that mean? 
-The F50's trunk is a bit taller so it make the car look little higher in the rear plus I am running a 255/35 in the rear soon to be 265/30? should help compensate the higher stance.  
-Didnt do the front fender work cuz didnt have the $ but might take care of it later on 
-as for too much CAMBER how dare you sir!! hahhaha Camber is a part of my life! lol :dance:

thanks Boosti, gotta work on the front camber try to squeez out another -3 degrees to get it to -7 then it should match up to the -10 in the rear =)

But that last pic there, is the reason why you have to cut and lower more in back.. its angles like that where the wheel looks like an add on after thought. My biggest pet peeve from is how you can see the inner tire when its like that. it makes it like you are riding on hocky pucks since the car is so big.

What Cuban is sayin is that it still has the ability to adjust height on the fly. With static and super low height in my eyes is the hardest of hardcore. with air ride you can go lower, or higher for speed bumps.. plus ridin around all air'ed up to drive looks goofy.:shrug: And with that very point, I wouldnt want someone to take a pic of my car rolling, and have to make an excuse  you caught me at a bad point in my car on a bad hair day is what it looks like.. if one goes great lengths for it sit pretty, it should roll like that, and not just 5mph so everyone sees you. haha

Once you got static, you cant go back to air matic.

You need to know more about Air Ride then. Yeah lots drive high up and goofy cause they dunno better or don't invest enough time in doing it so they can. I can ride lower than any RX out there but can ride comfortably even more with the AirRunner kit I am getting soon. 

So your theory is incorrect. However Coils are I guess "hard core" just to me unrealistic for a VIP or VIPStyle car as a daily. Sorry but I have more priorities than worrying every time I drive about loosing or damaging my front bumper. Having control to air up is priceless in my opinion. 

Why do you think the Lamborghini has a street height and highway height button lol! But I don't wanna make a stink about it. To each their own.  But don't knock AirRide cause I think it's much better for our cars. Put coils on a track car or performance vehicle. Or go Coil/cup kit?

If somebody with air, has the luxury of riding as low or lower than a cat with coils "static", has the ability to ride better than a a car that is "Static" and/or also has the luxury of parking even lower or raising the car to clear an obstacle then why does it get looked down upon? The whole "HARDCORE" aspect of it is bullshit! So it's more hardcore becuase you chose to ride around with a suspension that is at times a rougher ride and dosen't allow you to adjust your height on the fly??? Fuck out of here!
 
Yes some cats with air do prefer to ride higher whether it's because they have to or they jus prefer to not fuck up there shit. Why is that so wrong? If a person decides to dump a shit load of money into a car and dosen't want to fuck it up by trying to drive as low as possible is that really that bad? I would call it being mature and smart/protecting your investment.

If you choose to be static or not that's your descion but whatever descion that is, shouldn't be looked down upon or take away from the build.

And as far lamborghini goes. It's not air ride it's hydraulic pressure that fills the bilstien shock its selfti raise the front nose. Not the whole car and you are not supposed to drive with the front end jacked up cause it's to much pressure on the shock and the seals go out. And then bilstien won't release you the product so you have to go to lamborghiniand pay thousands of dollars for it. It's an option and it it's not street high way mode it's just low all the time til you come to a speed bump or drive way. And even then it tells you in the manual to come to a complete stop raise nose go over obstical stop lower nose.

Thats a 240 thing. At least make the door handle flush if you are going to take the time to mold it in anyway..

My biggest beef is that its fiberglass. I was heavily looking into this when I was trying to fix my quarter panel issue

Most wheel companies offer some sort of alternative that should work with your stock system, I think they're required to. I know Work does for sure, gotta check Weds and see. I never drive my car long enough for the light to come on though, so I never bothered getting any lol

nice!!!   Man maybe I should have gotten that model too.  The screen looks cleaner.  probably higher resolution because it does GPS too...  man technology these days.

You have to drive 45 minutes for it to come on.  and even then sometimes it never does.

I think monster is talking about the F50s warning screen about the oem stock sensors not reading shows up after 45min of driving.   He is right about that.  When I had my F50 and aftermarket wheels I'd have to drive about 30-45 min before my car decides to tell me there is an error trying to detect my TPMS sensors.

works on any car, only thing is i had to get a aftermarket valve stem add on to get the sensor to lye flat against the barrel

WOW!! woke up this morning to go to work and got in my ride and before I drove off saw my TPMS read out warning light on my Orange Electronic TPMS screen. My pass' front tire was at 10psi!!! Drove it slow to the gas station right near my place and filled it up with air! Almost drove off on 10 psi tire would have probably Fcked up my rim today!? Thanks God I got this! :biggthumpup:

Yeh going to check it out after work, checked it again and its holding 36psi wierd...

you should hook up an air hose to your tank in the trunk. That way you wouldn't risk fckn up your rim since you have stretched tires. I just put one in on my set up and made some quick connects for the nozzles and added an air pressure regulator.

Good idea mexillis just might do that!

there has been reports of people losing pressure and sometimes even the tires just coming off the bead from low temperature over nights.   It's happen to a couple people in hawaii when they had a cold night once.   All this hot/cold in Socal could have caused it.  For now I would check the tire and stem.  Simple soapy water in a spray bottle should work.

I wanted to add a air line to my tank too... would be awesome.  Regulator for sure because 200psi is no bueno for tools.

Blitz soapy water idea is another good spot to check. Once when I had my tpms transfered it wasn't torqued down all the way from the shop and caused a slow leak so when I went to the dealer for other things they noticed and fixed it for me. As for air products I go to Tipco, good discounts for military and all DOT approved fittings. Their another option if you wana shop around. They can even make custom shit for you too. I'm about to have them create a shorter ss braided hose that's for the compressor so that I don't have the bends I have now, for more of a straight to the point line. One day id like hard lines!

Paid a visit to a buddy Alex Pfeiffer and he further modded my rear upper arms for me and now my rear looks like this no more tire showing

that doesnt even look like 4! is it 4 layed down? I am running about 5ish on rear wheels. 

reason why I bring it up is cause I modifying the lower strut tube to accommodate 4 degrees chop angle weld. do you have front shot? I am thinking it may not be enough? but might run into clearance issues if i go more. Wheel hitting coilover

Thinking about notching the 3 hole in about an inch to get the wheel in and cambered more...undernieth I have plenty of clearence about 2-3 inches away from my bag to wheel so I have the room since I'm running a -20 offset front wheel

All sorts of fail today. Lower bushing is gone, and so is the top hat bearing. So I am now scrapping it. I don't want to buy a new top hat and almost be in coilover money. But now I have to do this I am making front and rear control arms

Hi guys been a while since I posted anything about my car, still waiting on my new rear arms?! Almost done should have them maybe end of March=) 
BUT I did re-tint my windows Llumar AirBlue 80 sides and rear, going to do the front wind shield and sun roof probably in April when it starts heating up! I also had my current rear arms shortened (quarter inch) so I'm tucking the entire tire now.  Love the color of the film. Here's a pic from the last BP VIP cars n coffee meet.

How close is the inner barrel to the ground? I would think at some point that it touches.

Was talking about camber in front. I think back needs to go lowerit front come a bit. You are very close to having it flat

I like it when the rear is just a wee bit higher than the front.

i think with the flush front/ tuck rear stance the rear being a little lower would look good, but it's straight either way.
