You have to know if it's clear over the pinstripe pr not,if it's clear over it your pretty much stuck unless you go to a bodyshop & then your looking at paintwork,if it's just regular pinstripe you can use a hair dryer to heat up the pinstripe & pull it off little by little..
eraser wheel...or a NEW razor blade if you have a steady hand

wetsand and buff out if it's painted on top of clear. eraser wheel if it's stuck on top of clear.
I wouldn't use the eraser wheel because it heats up too much and if he's asking what to use it means he hasn't done it before. If a panel had previous paint work the eraser wheel will want to eat up the clear because of the heat if he's not careful. I recommend go nice and slow with a hairdryer and clean up the left over glue with adhesive remover.
true, most people can't even use a simple tool such as an eraser wheel...all you need to do is regulate the air so its low...there's absolutely no way you can burn the paint...unless you are a super idiot
thanks for all the info guys!
