Hello...!! New Y33 member from socal!

Hello everyone!

My name is Rick. I'm from Oxnard, CA. I just picked up my first Y33! Bought this gem locally for $2,800! Interior needs a bit of TLC, but overall it runs strong.

I have a pretty heavy automotive background. I currently work for the [B]Air Power Group[/B], which owns Vortech Superchargers, Paxton Superchargers & Lysholm Superchargers. Before that, I worked for an importer in southern California called [B]Right Hand Drive JAPAN, LTD[/B]. We imported a few vintage Skylines, such as the ones that belong to Mark Arcenal & Felix Marcelino of Fatlace.

I own/operate my own blog ([URL="http://www.thestreetlife.net/"]TheStreetLife[/URL]) Just a hobby. Not trying to take over the internets or anything..

I used to be deep into the Honda stuff, but I've just grown out of it. This is the Accord that I just sold, which the money I used to buy my first Y33.

Aside from that, I used to own a RHD 1997 Honda Accord Wagon SiR. I eventually sold it to a good friend of mine in Florida, so it's still in good hands.

Welcome!  I really like your CB.  I used to own a CB6 and I used to be on CB7tuner (Dajap).  Can't wait to see what you do with the Y33!

thanks! we don't make custom kits, but if someone knows how to fabricate a mounting bracket & get someone to tune, it can happen! =)

thanks! sticking one of our superchargers on the Y33 would be dope, but unless there's a huge market for it, there's not much we can do :shrug:

Thanks! First order of business is to give it a routine tune-up, fix all the odds & ends with the interior & get it back to its prime. Once all the necessary stuff is done, I'll be looking into wheels & suspension. I have a soft spot for Leon Hardiritt Waffe's, but there's so many other great looking wheels out there that it's hard to choose! Suspension wise, that's still up in the air. Just depends on how happy my bank account is with me when the time comes around. Haha!

i did the installation on a black Hummer H2 that was at Vortech back in 2007/2008 that ended up going to China. I left Vortech in 2008 and then came back August 2011...aint that some sh*t!

oh no! i didn't buy it from a dealer. the previous owner kept his personalized plates, so to keep me from getting pulled over, he just put those inserts in.
