uhh... they look identical to me.
The white celsior has thick horizontal lines...

Know the brand?... It gives it an updated but stock look..
that's poinltess. get a better grille, like the wald? grille adapter, or something more flashy. don't bother spending 200 bucks on a stock grille, just because it's 'jdm'.
Could be an aftermarket replacement for a UCF11, if you're upgrading from a UCF10 where the vertical lines on the grill are much more noticable, then it's a decent upgrade.
the ucf11 does have an updated grill from the 10 but it doesnt look anything like that. could be a different case for the celsiors but the ls's only have less vertical lines. Looking at it closer I do like the red/orange turn signals alot better than the us spec orange ones, but thats off topic :)

that grille with the "thick horizontal lines" is aftermarket made by Admiration or some similar company with a "stick-on" Toyota badge. whoever the owner was of that white UCF10 (Celsior/LS4) kept that baby nice and purrrrty.
