I intend on buying q45 headlights but obviously am not staying stock i want projectors! Whats out there that is the best bang for the buck!?!
I was told to use TL projectors because of their size. Apparently they will fill the gap well. Also pm 33flavors he has a sick retrofit Tapa'Talkin from my Galaxy Note
A lot of people use the Q45 Vulcan projectors for aesthetic uses. Their cutoff is horrible. As for other projectors, the best ones you can get are S2K, LS430/460, and TLs. Go to HIDplanet.com and that should help you a bit.
iv had M45's cant complain at all. granted im useing an 8k bulb but visibility is fine
best bang for the buck as far as the fancier projectors will be m45 and ls460. best output will be ls430s. a lot of people like the q45s, and alot don't, but the price is high and output sucks. ls600 is conisdered the most ballin. other than that you have the standard options. personally, i've only seen a couple retrofits that were well executed enough that i'd even consider them (i've done plenty, and don't even like the ones i've done). i'll take oem hid, or even halogen, over some lights that look like garbage just to have a retrofit.

I found the lights on up garage. Had them shipped to Texas and mike did the LEDs. He then sent them to dreamakers. I sourced all the remaining parts and dreamaker put like 24 plus hours for it to fit behind like oem. My old ones were cut out from behind. tsx projectors are great for single beams. i havent done any retrofits on any car lights yet, but i did put some fx35 projectors in my cbr900rr light ;)
I want to do a TL or tsx retrofit on my f50. f50 headlights are terrible at best. I miss my TL for it's headlights
