if so, what item and does the marker matter as far as the color and the type of marker??? Does one kind of marker marks worth more than others? I've seen silver, black, and blue pen (on baseballs).I was told some silver permanent markers smear and must let the item (football) dry for close to 24 hrs. Some markers release too much ink when the player press down on it too much and ruin the authenticity, and someone told me that if its still wet, the player can accidently touch the fresh marker and smear it as they hand you the helmet or whatever. :pat:
