thx guys. its coming along quick. the car is basically done exterior/suspension/wheel wise when all the parts get here. but part of the game is the waiting process as you all know. once the kit gets here itll go into paint then ill work on interior while its there.=. im trying to finish it by june-july bc im moving to the west coast in august. 

as for wheels, im going with 19" ame shallon ax.

as for suspension:
UAS air suspension
kyb shocks/struts
new oem bushings
viair gauges with custom center console
cusco panhard bar (coming)

the ride is meh, but im still playing with the settings.

Seriously, sometimes you sit around and wait till either parts are delivered or shops run way past their deadlines. Can't wait to see it done,

southwest houston. me and my girl got a house in sugarland but right now I'm living in my condo in westchase (westheimer/beltway). 

and I got up family up north.

robert still has my lower trim, grille and few other things. also the panhard bar.
i kept the tank in the rear bc of the audio setup im doing. im going to include the  tank and compressors.
i have no pix. been out and about all day.
i dont think my front end is as low as yours but my rear is DUMPED. im taking it back to the guy who did it when my lateral bar comes in and hes gonna body drop the front for me. but its hella low.

Sounds good. Now instead of posting the KYB Grb-2, post up the actual pic of the car dropped when everything is done (painted with origin kit).:smiley:

are you moving there forever?  can't wait to see the final product!!  I drove to school everyday in my parents previa 10 yrs ago and i was always gettin clowned on :sad:

as much as I like building up cars, it must be nice to drop cash in a bucket like that for a new car and drop more cash in the bucket to fix it up instantly. How's about droppin cash in my bucket so I can finish my car?? seems like you have some to spare. The Benz turned out nice despite the unfortunate incident with the wreck. Hence the reason I don't drive my car that much. I'm sure this car will turn out equally nice. But there are some guys that have been working on their cars for as long as I have been on this site(like me) and your already further along than most of the guys that started over 2 years ago. I don't want to sound rude, but damn!

as far as project jumping, it doesnt happen so often with me.
i built a prelude, had it 2 yrs.
built a wrx, had it 3 yrs
had the benz 6 months 
now have a previa

and in between ive had my share of dailys lol

im not ballin, just take advantage of unfortunate events and thanks to my connections i can squeeze every penny out.

im guessing the car will be done by june-july.
kit should be here in april or may then its all over from there.
i kinda want a new motor now lol

I am so envious of you and your EGG.  Couple of questions regarding the UAS system.......was there any moddification needed to mount them in?  Also from the sounds of things you look to be just getting a Lateral Rod.  When slammed on the ground or riding high are you not worried about the rear end shifting and rubbing the fenders?  I am also planning to go the air route and am concerned if I go the Lateral Rod route I would have to be worry about the rear end shifting at different ride heights.

Once again pure sweetness!  Looking forward to the final outcome!  What color you looking to paint?

Allstar.....new project.......he sure move fast!  But I am happy to say that I will be the proud new owner of his CUSCO Lateral Bar.  Once I get that bad boy in I can finally begin the work to do the fender work to make my RAPIERs "fit".
