New to the scene

Hey guys, picked up my new daily/project last Wednesday. A 2000 q45 anni edition. This is actually my first Japanese car and I am so impressed by the build quality and the feeling of luxury you get when you're in the cabin. The interior is mint, one small wear mark on the drivers seat is all that hints that this thing ever made it off the lot, the exterior has minor dings and some fading spots in the paint, but for its age it's beautiful. I got it for a hell of a score even though it was from a dealer. That being said it was between this and the ls 400 and after seeing 3 ls 400s and 4 other q's I fell in love with this one (always liked the q's lines a bit more) anyway I decided to try out a VIP build because I want to look/feel good in what I daily and even stock this car has that nailed I look forward to learning a lot more about the lifestyle and hopefully contributing some things of my own. So far I plan on a drop and wheels as well as some interior goodies from JP other than that routine maintenance and 93 oct are all that I'll be doing

The q's lines are really growing on me, and looks like you got a clean one! I hope it treats you well!

So I have a question, I know the muffler delete on the y33 is like "the" thing to do on the exhaust, I've watched a bunch of YouTube read a lot on here etc etc, and am wondering could I run the stock pipes into a 2.25" inlet 2.5" outlet y pipe and run a single tip or would that choke down the exhaust too much? The 5zigen fireball looks like it does this kind of (dual into single outlet, but don't know the interior dimensions of the 5zigen axle back)

Did the muffler delete with 2.25" inlets to 2.5" outlet y pipe, used a tip that fills in the stock cut out nearly perfect, also got my JP neck rests, tsuna, and fusa in today, will post pics when I can upload them, I need a drop and some eurolines bad
if anyone is selling Espelir ESN149's let me know, I'm ready to buy them

I second this. I'd like to go two totally different directions with them, to me it's an amazing platform that would make sense with massive camber and ridiculous drop or mild drop remote turbo and a 5 spd...
