One pic until i can wash the car and get and go shooting this coming weekend. Huge respect to Samson at Revision Audio for sizing out the wheels. They are dead nuts on. Couldn't ask for a better fitment. Thanks to William at Futura Design for bbk setup. Both the wheels and bbk made a huge difference in the way my car looks now.

As far as the wheel size all i know is 21x10 front and 21x11 rear. Samson at Revision Audio did all the measurements and sizing. But fitment could not be any closer. It is right on the money.

Very nice build and beautiful car! I met you at Revision when you were getting the brakes installed. At that time Samson was helping me get the Work Gnosis wheels mounted on my G sedan. Glad I came across your build thread. Can't wait to see what's next and keep up the great work!
BTW - mahalo again for helping me get my old wheels into the SUV.

Its a 21" same as what i have but the knuckle is shorten to allow more camber. Other suspension components will be going on as well.

Cool, how much you planning to chop? Also one thing to note, is that with just shortening the knuckle actually creates positive camber, which can be avoided if the arm is welded back in an off-position (atleast w/ the 1GS)

I believe they chopped off 27mm. But with the UCA i will be able to achieve 2-4 degrees of camber. It was a though process since i had to translate everything and try to make sense of what they were saying.

No steering knuckles in the back homie =)
Asjustable upper arms for the back, if trying to fit aggressive wheel and wanting camber...

Its actually not my knuckle from the car, its a new knuckle I am assuming. But it was made by T Demand as well as the rest of the suspension parts.

No the wheels cleared stock fenders. But my new fenders were smaller and i was no longer able to clear the fender. So the knuckles will help me to achieve more camber so i can tuck again.

It was mod that I wasnt ready for. It was either order new wheels in a higher offset with a 3 month wait or have the body guy cut into the fenders. My body guy was capable but I was more concerned that they would be uneven. This was a universal fix all the way around. Which allow for future play with different wheels and fenders.

I started to install the rest of my suspension components but i was at stand still with trying to get the hub assembly free from the old steering knuckle.
This has by far been the most trying and frustrating mod i had to do. Only way i was able to break the hub assembly free was to cut the steering knuckle and split them in half. I called Lexus for a price quote for just the hub assembly and was quoted $493.57. I used a hydraulic press, tried pounding the **** out of it and prying with a crow bar but it was rust locked to the knuckle.
Here is the new steering knuckle with the new hub assembly mounted
Im now ready to put everything back but the decided to wait until i could replace all the castle nuts since most were rusted to pieces or broken.

HOLY! is the knuckle made of aluminum? sucks you had to destroy the stock parts to extract the hubs and bearings. good progress!

After the pain i went though with doing the front driver side i decided that the rest of the install will be done on a lift with all the proper tools as my disposal. First time my car has been on a rack and i think this will be the only way to do it from now on =)
Front passenger side
Rear arms installed
All that is needed now is to dial in the camber and take her to the alignment for toe correction and ill be set
