Taking care of diamond cut wheels

I'm planning on getting some diamond cut wheels soon, but I realize that it's really common for the faces to start peeling. I hear that you need to clean them weekly at least and I'm willing to do that. However I'm looking for the right product to apply on them, as delicate as these wheels are I want to make sure I'm not ruining them with the wrong product use.

just clean with a good car soap and some wheel wax.

Yeah, it's not any more tricky to maintain, just hard to repair once the finish is compromised. They'll have a clear finish from the factory, and it's when this gets chipped and oxidation sets in that it starts to peel and it needs to be re-machined to look new again. Stay away from acidic wheel cleaners.

yeah don't use those wheel cleaners that they sell at autozone etc... 
It will eat the clearcoat and ruin the wheel

always keep it clean

I use Sonax wheel cleaner for my car, its a good cleaner which is available in affordable price and 
easily clean dust and oil from wheels.
