Grocery Getter..............from the 808

Aloha from the 808!  

Since selling the Egg I was planning to pick up the new Sienna but ended up defecting over to the Honda Camp I stumbled upon a stock White 06 Honda Odyssey off Craigslist.  I have envisioned what I wanted to do and Mike Irion photoshopped what I had in my mind....here is the photoshop.

Eight08Customs/AIRREX USA:  For the Custom Fabrication/Install Suspension & Digital Management Custom Mounted in the Lazy Susan
DMC Fabrication:  Custom Brackets for the UAS Bags to work with the Megan Coil Overs

Universal Air Suspension:  Front/Rear Bags
Auto Customs:  GOLD WORK VSXX Wheels (20X9 A-Disk +25 & 20X10 O-Disk +32) with FALKEN 452 225/35 all around.  In the photos I am running a 5 mm spacer on the rear.

I can actually roll with the rears cambered however want to get the most out of my rubbers so I will try and refrain.  LOL  Went to get alignment done today at Island Brake and Align and was told that my inner Boots are shredded.....hope that not because of my new ride height.  Add one more thing I have to add to the "things to do list".

20s looks fine to me

dooope. i think some 22's would fit better, the 20s like a little bit small on there.

build looks great...much props to a fellow wagon builder. Brainneed is right tho..think 22's may work out better...which makes me think now because I am building a 2002 Odyssey...

Where'd you put your air set up? Or is your third row permanently up now?

Install in the lazy Susan, the noise is nicely suppressed.  I am very happy with still having the option of folding down the third row and minimal noise in the cabin.

No plans for OEM kit at this time.  Will scratch up stock bumper and when it is pretty ragged looking I will get the kit to cover the damages.  Already lost a plastic underbody piece.  Funny thing is it improved air circulation and my engine is running cooler.  Yet another benefit of rolling low.  Lol

Think 22's would look good but the current selection is really limited and I have not seen any styles that tickle my fancy.  But one of the trends in Japan are vans rolling on bigger wheels......who knows may be the companies will start offering larger diameters.

Here is a pic of how it was done ..  Its a 4 gallon tank the just fit a Viair 380C and AirREX Digital Management system

Mahalo for the photo of the install in the lazy Susan...........loving the air and enjoy riding low.  Doing some minor damages but eventually all the rubbing will stop because parts will get worn down.

As for 21's sorry but it would be a waste of money just to get 1 inch more.....not mention tires cost a grip and selection of wheels/tires are few and far in between.  

Stoked for how she looks and hope to enjoy her for a long time.....hope my riding low don't do too much damage.  Lol

shes doing fine, i actually got her running in november and have been driving her since.  but last week i blew a bag on the freeway and shes back on the jackstands again. :(

Sorry to hear the bag blowing, was it due to just everyday wear and tear or did something cause failure? Look forward in seeing her on the road.

i know the pics arent amazing but the overall look is on point and well done =]

ive been running skunk2 civic EF arms.  which although add a lot of camber, it brings everything closer.  i ended up riding too low and taking a sharp turn and the spindle arm (which sits closer) slit my bag.  i ended up buying tubular camber arms meant for an accord.  just installed them today and it has all the clearance i need.   just waiting on my bags to arrive back to me from getting re-sleeved.

Look forward in seeing her on the road.....been enjoying my new ride height and scrapin.
