Dodge Stealth?

Ok heres a story, I'm driving along the strip down town and this redneck in a Stealth comes flying up next to me. Pshhhh,vrooom pshhhh, I'm like ok so you got turbos in that stealth so fucking what.

 Next thing you know he's trying to race down a crowded street against a 4 door Lincoln I'm trying to gain VIP styling with ( not true VIP I know I just want it styled ). now I'm into tuners like real ones, so I say fuck this poser he should have paid for  a 3000GT and I kicked his ass. I told him at the next stop light, should have bought a 3000gt, but he wouldn't roll his window down, oh this is a real Redneck, this thing had racing stripes with racing seat covers and gauges all over the place and a mopar sticker over the rear window.

Well today I check my car domain page just for the hell of it and I got a message in my guest book from this guy and his "stealth crew" telling me tuners rule and VIPs are for pussies. Come on in my eyes a stupid stealth ain't even a tuner car its shit. I meen its like all the parts Mitsubishi thought were garbage or they would have used them. And how many VIP owners out there have tuner cars? How many Tuners respect VIP? I think quite a few.

Oh well, I still ain't posting about my car till I get more done to it but I still want to stay part of the community so I figured Id share the story.

They are both the same cars with different names. Its like the difference between a camaro and trans am or even better an eclipse and a talon. So the 3000gt has all wheel steering option and different body but thats about it. Either way Im not a mistubishi person at all, cheers

Pontiac GTO = knockoff of a Holden Monaro?
Eagle Talon = knockoff of a Mitsubishi Eclipse?
Chevy Tracker = knockoff of a Suzuki Sidekick?

Seriously, badge engineering is nothing new. Stealth, 3000GT, same thing.

The Cardomain things kinda weird and gets me cause he actually looked for me on there to post a stupid comment.

But I see your view on the cars, one thing is I can not agree. I also can not argue with someone with more knowledge than me, but its juts the fact that I feel the same for the Talon as I do the Stealth but its the few qualities they both lack that get me. The 3000GT is way nicer so is the Eclipse and I guess all I can say is its a "IMO" thing. But this stealth was Redneck man and I mean it.

I'm surprised a "redneck" would know what VIP style is.  Is VIP style getting that big???

Well I guess I should take some of those words back, but its not the matter of where the car was made that makes the difference to me. My car is domestic, its that IMO the Talon, Laser and Stealth are made with poor looks.

They are so damn ugly when compared and the luxury of the Japanese models, well what luxury they have, is way more elegant in my eye.

It wasn't the fact of performance that I made my statement to this Hillbilly,it was the fact of the lack in taste that he couldn't get my props. Plus the owners to my experience of the Domestic versions have almost a Nazi like profile to others and think that they are more advanced and everyone that dont have one is inferior.


And yes, rednecks apparently know what VIP is, LOL. As long as they have the Internet, thats surprising enough.

Wow people sorry chill out! I meant that the stealth even tho its just aroes looks really dumb as far as I am concerned and so do the Laser and Talon.

As far as Luxury, none of those cars are considered Luxury but I concider the Japanese models of the cars to have nicer Interiors and other such stuff that they came with, comparing them both they have a Little more luxury to them as nicer looks and quality.

I just figured Id share a story thats all, and he was the one who tryed to come calling me out on the street. Thats was why I insulted him or I would have just thought, hey just another fake tuner.

His business is his business, as of my business is mine as I was minding my own, so why try to do something you cant and expect to fail without humiliation in this situation?

Also, if everyone says the cars are the same I believe he deserves what ever he gets, seeing on how he had a MOPAR sticker on it to begin with and everyone attacked me for stating my feelings on the differences between the cars, I believe most would have done something of the same to him he obviously dont get the concept of what some of  you explaind to me.

Oh +1 with this as well, thats why I figgured Id take some words back, trust me I know how some people feel about VIP. I also didnt make stuff up. The way I see things around here, you can take a stealth and 3000gt of the same year and same everything but all I see is the Stealth falling appart and the 3000gt holding up.

Sorry if this may have offended anyone, I just thought people would like to here about the  VIP styled undredog takeing the tuner that thought he could.

i hate crap like this, it's so dumb and pointless. instaed of racing him why didnt u just laugh at how retarded the dude was? and i hate the fact that kids that drive dodge's even know what VIPstyle is. 


on a side note, you have the v8 model i assume? because stealth RT's can be quick.

I guess I did it just for the hell of it. I get it alot and some times I cant hold back, useually I do hold back for I usually have a 8 month old daughter in the car with me. This time I didnt so I figgured what the hell if I can do Ill do it.
