Than I had a problem, my LS is to deep. Therefor has the left tire cute  some wires under the fender. The result was that my ride want start and  go out while im drive round 230Km/h…
So I cut all wires and made them longer so to get install it higher.

not a fan of vip interior accessories, but a 3way stereo is cool !! 

funny thing you had a problem with wiring. I had my car lower than yours for years and never had a problem. Only now, after total slamming, I had to extend and relocate wiring.

Oh yeah the Audio build is done...sorry was done. I begin to modify it again. At front is now an 4 Way system installed. ;)
I shot few pictures an show you later.

My wire mistake. Realy the tires touch the body inside of the fenders...There who was before the wires installed. I tell you it was a surprise after the engine go out and the lights and all. I saw my fuckin live in front of my eye hows gone.

the bar could be off an MKIV non turbo supra. they fit but the LS is so stiff a front strut tower bar really isn't that useful other than having a place to rest your hand when working on the engine. still looks great regardless!

Yea the Cusco bar is an original one for the LS and its verry verry rar. But how Timmy say, you can take one from the Supra. I did this before. Oh yeah there is a big difference with the bar.

So hope you can help me. How you know i have installed the RCA´s. And i dont trust them...

Now i heard somthing about "modified front knuckles" for the LS400 UCF20. What give more camber like the studios. 

Somebody know from where i can get those?

hey man !! I have front RCAs from STUDIO, I have a shortened knuckle.
Front RCAs from STUDIO will lower your front more, they will give you some camber and they will also poke your wheels a little bit.
If you shorten your knuckle, it will give you more space to go lower, you dont need to make s hole to clear upper control arm. But shortening the knuckle, you will loose camber.
What is you goal ?? Go super low ?? Camber ???

Made holes for a while for the upper control arms.

why dont you trust them. 1/2 of Japan rocks them :D
to get more camber, you need adjustable upper control arm.

Hey i recomend to everybody to protect their bkits with few layers of topcoat. It is much more better to protect agains water.
I tough the Japanies bkits are the guarant for good quality? But i see now that they work like the others and theres... And when i think what i pay for hmmmm

I got modified D2 air setup, and it's nearly much the same as KSport. It's pretty nice, but I did add another set of valves for the 4 corner bonus and Dakota digital monitoring... What add ons does the Super Pro have?

and if you go air, get rear RCAs, otherwise your shocks will hit rear UCAs. + you´ll go lower too.

Oh yeah! The roads here very very bad! Therefor i can go higher when i need it + go lower when i drive on shows etc..

when you lower the rear of the car, your shock will hit the upper control arm. So this kit relocates the shock´s lower mounting and lowers the car ~20mm.

Now is 4,5" wide on it. Im looking now an 5,5" wide bowl.
The wheel have dimensions 10,5 x 19 ET 14 with 4,5" bowl.

daamn son,  what parts did you order for 1500 euros ??? :D

I remember when I was removing those arms, I had to cut all the bolts ... and I didnt have a lift ... real PITA!!
I also replaced bushing, found them in some local shop, 7 eur/pc ...from a Cressida, as I remember :P

no the huge price is for the two bearings for the rear axle. And all the camber adjusts.
I think, ok its year 99 and i replaced before a year the front bearings. And before i begin in a year or so to replace from the rear, than better now.

Bushings are all from polyurethane and i orderd from an US shop. But you cant buy them originaly from Lexus, they dont have it in theirs program. 

Without lift... damn bro. I have a lift in my shop...but i have now joint pain... Im old...realy old. You know what, i go and smoke an capone rillo...like an old man.. :P

you don't have to rub anything on the bags. they should be able to survive as is.

great update!!! is that a youzealand ss kit for the rear?

You need to order up some of the little rubber boots for those battle version rod ends. Unless you live in a place that gets zero snow, they won't last more than a season exposed to the elements and daily driving. 

Id also slather a ton of anti-seize on the shank and threads of every bolt you touched. That way, should you ever need to adjust or remove for service, you won't have to get out the sawzall and order more bolts!

Looks good man! 

When the anti-seize comes in, if it had threads and you touched it, it gets the anti-seize! You want to put some on the threads of the rod ends and adjusters of all your arms and links as well, just make sure you do not get any on the spherical part of the rod ends. Just use a high quality grease compatible to those specific ends.

So long as i wait on the Anti-Seize and the Boots. 
The works go on the Bumper and the Indicator Lamps.
I go to paint it in black. The headlamps are allready done.

Show you how you can do it. But the Indicator Lamps you cant backe or open other way as this.
Otherwise you see every time that was opened!

Firstly you have to buy 2 Sets (L/R) of Indicator Lamps.
Now you take both left sided Indicator Lamps of two sets.
From the first one, you damage the glass and save the housing. Then from the secound one you damage the housing and save the glass.
There it is, you got now clean opened lamp, and you can work on it and glue it after that verry clean together.

any chance you could pull off one of your rear RCA/shock drops and trace it out onto some paper, with specific dimensions, for me?

i want to get some of the specifics measurements, so I can put it into Solidworks and get a few sets machined up next time we send stuff over for prototyping.

Looks really good. Can you get the front down lower or is that as low as it will go without other work?

I think its the lowest possible in the front, because the UCA hits the body (although there is a hole made for clearence). Plastic cover is also on the way.

Oh, and is not forget for the rear RCA´s. When i replace the Air Springs, will mesure out the RCA´s for you.

Just order them direct from UAS unless you can find a nice used set like I did.

when I had UAS bags, I had a problem with one bag, and Zack from UAS sent me a new one. It took 1 week(shipping USA-ESTONIA).

yea the most roads are good. The problem is when you leave the roads...

you can go really low on the UAS bags. lots of guys on CL with them on their 400 and are laying frame.
it's usually the shocks that are the limitations, not the bags.

if you want to go really low, get a set of the 2GS upper mounts like these for your UAS bags: [url=https://flic.kr/p/kvkMTU][img]https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7395/12802818494_f584303593_c.jpg[/img][/url] should get you an extra 1-2" lower then the standard brackets

honestly, you might be better off ditching the Ksports and getting some BC's to go with the UAS bags or just bite the bullet and jump into some Airrex bags.

Why is this not covered by the Ksport warranty? You'd think that a company that is trying to fix their shitty reputation would want to get you sorted.  You should contact the Ksport USA guy on Clublexus or Ksport directly and get them to sort it out! I'd be pretty pissed if I was basically running all of a companies products, essentially as a demo car, and they weren't working to fix my problem as fast as possible!


That said, are the Ksport air shocks different from the standard coilover shocks? 
Didnt you have normal Ksport Coilovers before? Why can't you get brackets for the ksport Coilovers and warranty/return the airshocks?

you will immediately feel the difference after running UAS. they are made better and will outlast any bag on the market hands down! they are also more stiff so you can ride lower!

You might have to play with the ride heights to get it back to where you were, but you should really like the ride now. Should be much better than the ksport bags.

Yea i do it and i mesure out the ride high, its on all 4 bags an different pressure. What is normal.
But have now another problem.
When i get it low and choose after that the previously saved


 ride high.
Is the problem that the ride high is lower as this what i save previosly.

Any idea what can i do against this?

normal pressure depends on your height setting. i run 80psi front and 60psi rear on my UAS bags. the bags are rated at 110psi max but i've seen guys run higher. i would not however.

Hey, sorry for late reply. I was spoken with Zack and the UAS bags blows at round 400psi. So theres no problem to drive with 200psi.
Im also become reseller for Germany/Europe for UAS bags, brackets etc.. ;)

How ever, i think about my Studio RCAs and that i cant adjust the camber how i want. I drive now with round -4° and this is for me to heavy.

Now im looking for adjustable upper front controle arms for LS400.
FIGS have some, but only for GS.

I was driven today the first time after installing T-Demand.

It was changed from yesterday. Looking good to get some Weds LXZ´s my old long dream... :D
Now new problem, i dont know what i can use for... maybe 12x19 and 10x19 think is ok but what for ETs? I need it that the wheel go more inside the fenders so that i have bigger offset.
And, i dont like the new trend made bigger fender on it. Cutting and welding is ok. 
Mean this new trend with super wide fenders who shows like glued on or like a cancer...

actually that's what i meant, a place where you can buy lips! my fault for poor grammar.

as for sizing, you can definitely fit 19x10 and 19x12s on relatively stock body on your LS.
front sizing will need to be 19x10 et30 to sit flush on the outside, which takes into account your camber RCAs.
rear sizing will need to be 19x12 et25 which will need some minor outside fender work.

this sizing will maximize your inner clearance!

Can you tell me please, what is the outer lip inches with this sizes? For me is important to have big outer lip inches. Fender work is ok, but not too much. I mean cuting pushing out and welding the original feder is ok.

outter lip size will depend on the face design of your wheels. i can only estimate, roughly 3 inches front and 4.5 inches back.

I found a company who can sale me some outer rims in stainles steel.

The size then front 9,5x19 ET27 & 3,5" lip rear 10,5x19 ET14 & 6" lip :D
Those 40 bolts each rim i replace with 24K Gold version.
Wil see what for tires i can put on...think will be crazy this setup. 

My secound news are my exhaust. The system is complete hand crafted, except S&S Headers and Aimgain mufflers.
