My 93 GS300

Been awhile since ive posted on here with something that i felt would be worthy lol.  Previously i had a 98 GS400, sold that to a friend and picked up a clean 93 GS300. Had some ideas how i wanted it to look and the following pictures is the result, ill start off with how i first bought it.

When I first got it home:

My wheels i built with the help of ronnie at wheelbuilt in san diego: 18x10F 18x11R Rays victrix, unsure on offsets but i want to say F-12 and R-25.

Also will be going to smaller tires later for more low and better clearance, kinda calculated that a little off.  Also need to touch up my front fenders just trying to find a good shop where i live since most shops im iffy about around here, and with that said this is my build and where im at so far on it and still learning and improving.

Very, nice.  Had a homie that was beginning to work on it but moved to Vegas.  Very nice to see these.

thanks, man.  theyre not a bad platform just a lack of nice kits readily available compared to the 2nd gen or other more popular platforms, but they got potential.

I would do it similar because the work is so subtle and clean, probably different kit.

Thanks man, yeah theres a couple of adjustable control arms in there.

So I got a little problem,  I lowered my car more bout an inch or so around and now it's bouncy.  It rode great before I lowered it more and I'm a little stumped on why and how to fix.  I'm on megan ez, spring rate is 10f/8r preload is set to zero and been playing with damping but can't get it back to how it was, any help will be appreciated maybe I'm missing something.

Which arms and/or suspension parts are you running? I'm guessing front adjustable UCA from 2GS and rear UCA from supra? How many degrees front and rear? Looks good.

yeah your right on the upper adjustable arms, also got studio camber rcas and rear adjustable toe and traction arms.  not sure on the exact degree in camber still adjusting everything to where and how i want it then ill go set it.  thanks also once im satisfied somewhat lol ill get better pics up, im on instagram as @dhoz82.

Those are pretty soft spring rates for going that low...car is looking good so far though

funny you say that cause iam actually installing stiffer spring rates as of this week got the fronts in still working on the rear as time permits.  went 18/16, will see how that handles, and with the bouncing issue i found the problem, actually was too low and the uca was being pushed up on the frame cause of the camber rcas.  so for now i raised it a back up a bit, thinking bout chopping knuckles now

Appreciate you guys taking the time to check out my whip, and liking it lol. i know one of you asked how much camber im running and i figured im sitting around -13  all around also ive started to clean up the fenders and trying some custom vents as well.  ill post pics as soon as im done but for now heres where im at.
