Worlds first LSx LS430 (I think?)

2006 ls430 LS3, fast 102 & tb, prc heads, comp .641/615", cometic, arp, 1 7/8 to single 4" electric cutout, stock exhaust back, its quite ;-) !!, monster clutch. Motor isn't tuned yet but runs pretty decent and fast. when its tuned its going to be insane. It did 490wheel in my 240 with smaller headers and no cutout. Everything works in the car, back up camera is wired into the manual, custom clutch setup. Soon to be wide bodied with custom 20" vip modular in cognac copper on accu air setup. does any know any oem lsd I can drop into the pumpkin. If not im welding it till I can afford a baller unit. Not a huge American V8 fan.  That being said this is one of the coolest things that could be done to this car.  Make me one!!! :)

those lips mang... thats the color i wanted way back when i was tryin to get them to make me that custom color.  the color came out way to orange for me back in jan 2012 and i couldn't pull the trigger, but that is what i wsa picturing...  guess they had to do the orange-ish copper to come out with the Yak  :D

I'm a fan of both.. I own an beat both, the raw power and wow factor of a Ls at a reasonable price is what it's about... But seriously my favorite thing In the world is reving out my 1uz to 7800 rpm.. Mm nothing like it :-) the 430 isn't exactly a light vehicle, even with my tune way off when the motor does rip alittle with these tein comfort coils it's squatting back and lifting the front end in the air then dipping back down after shift, then back up.. Haha it's pretty legit.. I'm about to hit any ol tuner just to get it going right.

honestly not 100% sure as i havnt tested it.. i dont see why it doesnt though. but untill i test it ill know if it truely is still operational. no abs lights on my dash.. the only lights i cant fix is the vsc, no track control. and for some reason my lights dont follow me left/right anymore but im going to figure that out.

I plan to drive the hell out of it. Just gotta keep the exhaust closed lol.. I live in Oakland. Finaly got a answer from tuner. Gonna start lining up my body paint guy to get these wheels on.

Got me thinking, we're in 2015 now.  Does that mean we can swap (for ex) a LSx motor into a 1990 LS400 and it will be exempt from smog because of the 25 year rule?  Can anybody add input?

i thought that rule stopped somewhere in the late 80s but not positive.

I think you can swap LSx motor into anything since it passes all the nazi smog laws, I could be wrong.

was it a real cayenne turbo¿  as in like the actual turbo model?

my old neighbor had an ugly ass orange twin turbo cayenne S or something like this (they only drove it like 2 months a year) and he used to toy with me when i had my old ass gs400 (intake/exhaust) then again when i upgraded to the mc>ls430.  but yeah that thing just left me in the dust every time, like not even a race.  so yeah this is why i always thought the cayenne turbo's were fast.  when driven properly i believe the cayenne turbo is a fast car/truck/grocery getter.

it was def a cayenne turbo... my car put down 480 to the wheels yesterday and its safe to say im running in the low 12s, maybe high 11s. its fast, that uncomfortable uncontrollable fast at times. most times when i get out im happy that i made it to the destination without crashing. and im supercharging it soon.

wow, cra' even.  yeah i guess you are definitely in uncharted terrority for just about every other LS430 on the planet.

looks like a lot of fun.  I'm a big LSx motor fan.  Building a 6.0 right now stroked to a 408 with twin 76mm turbos for my truck.  Very nice ride you have there.  Wanna trade for a supercharged VIP GS?
