I would appreciate it. Supposedly Pj said he's got me squared away for a spot right now, but I'll be sure to call you tomorrow during check-in if I can't get in. Thanks man. Do you still have the mobile number ending in 9108?

40's on 18's is correct. It's a drift car not a VIP car. The lack of the right fenders is only making it look like that. I ran the same tires (RT615's) on my Z in 225/40 and 245/40 for 9's and 10.5's. So his sizing isn't bad..just the rears are slightly taller on his set-up than his fronts. Here's a pic for refference so you know what I'm talking about:

the rear tire is kind of big, the front is perfect, ive gotten so many of those tires trying to get the right size i cant afford to buy more yet(150-200 each). I will have alot of pictures because HIN is today but heres a pic of my phone. I actually have fiberglass fender flares to go over my wide body but i didnt have time to put them on.

What brakes are you running under those Equips?

Looks pretty rad.
I can't wait to attempt to stuff my new wheels under my metal fenders.

Of all people to ask that question. I'm surprised..haha. Steering angle clearance to avoid having to take the BFH to the inner fender well like I did on the Z. Depending on the wheel fitment this can be very necessary.

I am running the wilwood superlite kit in the front with a 5mm spacer, and those wheels would NEVER fit without the tubs.

Flares are from a Z store, i do drift the car it was totaled last year drifting the bank at ODS last year but i decided to rebuild it, im running ODS again on thursday, and no the rivets are staying, no point in molding a car that sees the track all the time.

I see, nice to see a fancy car that isn't just a show car.

At first I thought it was just a show and occaisional track appearance kind of car, because of the unusually wide wheels and all that work.

not with the Epuips? why not?? use them and abuse them. That's what they're for. that's like me drivin around on stockies and using the Works only for show. Never let'em see you sweat...you got the tires on the rims.

I wouldn't abuse the Equips unnecessarily. Daily driving is one thing, but track abuse just for the sake of it is stupid.

Look at that track, ive seen that transition from the infield split many wheels over the years. The track was built in the 60's and isn't baby ass smooth(^Benji knows). And even if i broke one Work doesn't make these sizes anymore so i cant imagine what it would take to get another one. I was sliding on some SSR's so they aren't as bad as stockers. I drove from DC to Philly for a week with the Equips on and they made it but im not pressing my luck.

Yea, I definitely know that track and its not that friendly, but there aren't any other places to practice (legally). Doesn't matter what you drift on, as long as your good at it. I'd rather drift well on stockies or SSR's than have Works on and do several spinouts. Doing well with the Works on is another story, but it wouldn't help you win a competition. Of course it would look cooler, but who cares about looks in that sport. Back to being VIP-related, Jim the wheels are awesome, I like the sizes/offsets you chose. I'd like to run those equips on my Supra.
