GO WARRIORS!!! :dance: Baron Davis was crazy with his one-legged shot from downtown. Stephen Jackson was hitting 3s left and right. Barnes reminds me of a mix between Dennis Rodman and Michael Jordan. The warriors were just on fire tonight. Great game. NBA Playoffs Round 2 here we come!!! :dance:

Not a warriors fan, but I love to see the Mavs loose.  Down with the Mav..  Good for The Bay Area.  13 years is a long time to wait for the warriors to play some good ball.

Yea this game was jus plian insane! The game was over in the first half! Man this year the playoffs  has been the best in a long time! Good luck to them in the 2nd round! Hopefully they can keep there game up!

Yeah they'll need a healthy Davis for them to do well in Round 2. If nothing the other guys need to step it up even more.

Being a Dallas fan, I didnt want them to play the warriors in the first round becasue the Warriors are the only team that was able to spank them in the regular season being that Nelly knows most of the Dallas players and coaching staff like the back of his hand.

Dallas messed up by letting Golden State win their last meeting of the regular season, allowing them to get into the playoff.

Warriors let me down. Thats all I can say. They played good but there were a couple times in the game when I kept saying "Just play the game. Pushing an opponent on purpose is unnecessary." Don't get me wrong. I love the Warriors but there were some unnecessary whining/shoving going on. Technical. Flagrant. Technical. Technical. Geez just play the game. Great job Derek Fisher and the Jazz. Interesting enough Dee Brown is back.
 
Anyone know what happened with the Suns? I heard something about suspensions. Don't worry in this thread ONLY you can go offtopic in regards to the nba playoffs.

As far as the spurs/suns drama, Robert Horry is out for 2 games and Stoudimeire and I think Boris are out for 1 game!

Too bad about GS, Utah has been a boring team ever since Malone/Stockton of the 90s. But they got past the first round of the playoffs and beat the number one seeded team to do that, that is something special right there!!!
About the Horry incident, I am a Robert Horry fan, he is the #1 clutch shooter I think, but I think he should have gotten more than 2 games! I was thinking more on the lines of the rest of the season/playoffs. That was just uncalled for in every aspect. It is exactly the part of the game that the NBA has been trying to get rid of in the last 10 years and they need to set an example. Oh well, it was fun to hear Sir Charles and Kenny go at it after the GS/Utah game.

Ya, sucks that GS lost... their temper got the best of them.

As for the Horry/Nash incident, Horry is suspended 2 games, and Amare and Diaw are suspended 1 game for getting involved with the incident.  Looks like the Spurs got the betteR deal out of this.

love watching GS play...too bad they sucked it up this series...Utah in the Western Conference Finals...who would have known.

Ahhh I heard about the Robert Horry, as I am a big fan of his as well. I believe it was when he was with the Houston Rockets. He made an amazing play during a fast break during their playoffs swatting the ball across the court. Great defensive player as well as a clutch shooter. But the incident with Nash, come on. It didn't even seem like he scared after Nash got decked into the table. Horry just walked away like nothing and this is probably why Stoudamire went after him. Totally unacceptable just like Barnes and his technical against the Jazz. Only in the playoffs.

its just the tension and pressure the spurs had at that moment.  it was the 4th quarter and less than 10 sec left and the spurs were down like 3 pts or something.  It was unecessary but as you said, its the playoffs so tensions are high.  I really didn't like horry even when he played for the rockets. I mean he was alright but to me, clutch man was vernon maxwell, sam cassell, or kenny smith.
 
its okay, spurs are up 3-2.  I want phoenix to knock them out b/c my ex gf of 4.5 yrs was from san antonio and was a spurs fan.  that wh*re cheated on me and i caught her in bed with another dude...GO PHOENIXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
