Finally getting a real VIP ride

Ok, so its final, im buying a y33 cedric tomorrow
this is it...but its dirty as hail in this picture

wheels are actually immaculate once they are cleaned, has NAVI, leather, dual injector setup, boost controller, exhaust, injector controller, intake, FMIC, JIC sus, Veilside andrew Dish wheels (which will be for sale soon to fund Kranze LZX)

but my plans are simple
Garson Front seat covers
front table (non garson so the rear side tables im going ot get will match)
blackwood interior kit instead of regular wood
UAS airsus on the JIC coils...first thing im ordering.
Install screamer pipe and dp
tint windows
adn thats about it
im keeping it simple and clean
eventually i want to do a Gloria headlight/bumper/grill conversion 

anyways, im excited
and finally have a real car, not a wannabe

A kit is not on the list? 

That body kit looks all warped and wavy. It also looks like it does not even fit right.

not in the next 4 or 5 months
maybe if i decide not to buy my bike...ill get some kinda baller kit or something

but honetsly, i love the lines of this one, i dont like the door panel add ons and stuff of most kits.
Ill most likely rebuy this kit and do it correctly.

Congrats... you made te right choice IMO. I also like the kit, and it may be possible to fix up the wavyness etc.. Sounds like some good plans, let me know how it goes with the UAS kit since that car is basically the same as mine.

and my god this thing pulls like a bat out of hell
the little on dash pwr meter that is aftermarket says 260....but im imagining its upwards of 350 honestly. my 180 had around 320 HP depending on the conditions and boost (at 1 bar on a s14 turbo) and this feels much faster than it...breaks them loose when it shifts to second....
its a monster

i found a bad ass one for a good price

Is that the VG30DET or the VQ? My cima had the VG, and i know exactly what you mean about the powerband. Seems this engine is set for all out torque so it pulls like a mofo. Had no trouble spinning 295/35 tyres from oh, about 2000rpm (and all it had was a fat exhaust)
 
Makes me seriously regret putting the NA in my current car. In fact i have been toying around with doing the turbo conversion lately...

the y32 gloria and cedrics feel way more powerful than the y33 tho.....seems like they had way more lowend.... i've owned both....the y32 was also bigger and more luxurious...it came with pillar lights stock......my q45 is a dog compared to both....btw what did u pay yokota??? Sweet... I'm so jealous of the price you can get those for over there. Well, i paid a ridiculously low price for my Y32, but it had a blown engine.
 
The Y32 has all sorts of lights on it. Pillar lights, footwell lights, a dim light to point at the stereo (now just lights up my fusa lol)...

I just noticed the wheels cleaned up good. Was the reddish/brown stuff brake dust.

such a big change from just needing to be cleaned.  Man, I would love to pick up a new project like that for 3500 :thumbsup:

can you somehow fit the lights of a y32

im MAYBE goign to switch to a y33 Gloria front with teh 4 round headlights...it sjust a bumper, headlights, and grill

The twin headlight look isnt exclusive to the gloria. Its the Gran Tourismo model that gets twin headlights (Both the Cedric GT and Gloria GT), whereas broughams get the solid headlights like you have. 
 
It may seem strange, but the brougham headlights are actually more desirable over there. The GT is supposed to be the sporty model versus the luxury brougham. Of course, i prefer the twin headlight look tho!

Bummer... On the Y32 (kouki), you only have to change the headlights, everything else is identical
