No need for pulling imo. Maybe a *little* while rolling the guards flat. Only to get that bevelled edge vertical instead of tucking in a little bit.
Once you lower the car some more, and dial in a bit more camber those wheels will sit perfectly (then you might look at the fronts and think they arent enough ;))...

Thats what I am hoping..I downloaded the rear suspension but I cant seem to figure out how to get more camber in the rear....I had this car about 3" above the ground and when I lowered it down it sat on top of the tire.  
 
HOw do I dial in more neg camber in the rear????

When I mod cars it is usually from the inside out..DOnt know why Its how I have allways done it...It was kinda hard to show it on here because I know you guys dont see what I see but now its comming together...

The ecentric bolt is the bolt that holds the rear upper control arm to the subframe. You can adjust camber by loosening the the nut side and spin the bolt side to the desire spec of camber.

I will have to take her in to get alligned and so If I cant figure it out I will have the shop do it while they are doing the allignment..
Once I get it lowere more more more and the wheel cambered I will post more pics..hopefully by then my curtains will be in..hee hee hee..all in

I don't think I am going to paint it black its all ready black and I would rather color match  it like the front..
 
As far as spacing them out. I like how they look right now but once I get the rear stance down I am guessing a 10mm-15mm spacer may be needed..

I thought about this as well...do I really need an aero?? then I think Yeah I do..I dont like the front bumper...all those little slits..and I believe with a rear bumper replacement It will be a little widwer towards the bottom...But We will see what comes first...
 
Real Estate has been slow very slow ..and I usually use this second income as a source for all the fun things in life while my Graphic Design business pays the bills...heee hee so right now those mods are on hold..

Now that i see the full pics i think you may have trouble cambering those in with the stock adjustments. Mine poked around the same amount (maybe a bit more) and the only way to get them in was with aftermarket (S14) upper camber arms - with one locking nut removed to allow more camber.

I cant get into the shop intill tomarrow so I was hoping today I could figure the camber adjustment and see it this helps...thanks and I know I am not very mechanically inclined..should have taken mechanic shop in school

Zion, to adjust camber you will loosen the lock nut which is the one right next to the body(not the wheel side) and adjust from there.

Camber is set to 0 
I slammed the car about 3 inches to roll the fenders more. Once I was done I took the wheel off and hammered the inside lip of the fender flat using a hear gun and some blue 3m tape to protect the paint on the out edge..came out great. I still would like to pull the fenders about .5 inches so that I can have a little more clearance and I can ride like this..I think I may add a 10-15mm spacer upfront add some camber to match the rear camber...what you think ?

This picture is my ride hieght now..I gots like a credit card spacing or two between the tire and fender..rolled out of my driveway and no rubbing..hopefully while driving and hitting dips it still wont rub because the tire compressess inward right? we will see..I think I may try some s14 camber arms are some JIC camber arms and dial in more camber..all I need is about .5 " more camber and I am good at any hieght..:thumbsup:

I think you just need a smaller tire in the back, looks great though.  Are you sure the camber in the rear is set to 0?  looks like -3 degrees or more.

the car looks wonderful, but I really think you are going to need something like a 10mm spacer in front just to make it match the back. Man this car is coming along good, keep us posted!!!!

tire in the rear is a 245/35/19 on a 10.5" wheel..you think 235/35/19 wheel work..I think anything smaller is just going to be to much then I would need to go like 215/35/19 in the front..

Why do you need to change the tyre or add more camber on the rear if it doesnt scrape right now? Does it rub at the slammed height? Are you maxed out on camber at the moment? 
 
Anyway, it looks much better with the extra camber, and i agree the fronts should at least be spaced out a little. On my car the rear camber is much more than the front (5-6 deg. vs 2-3), but the important thing is that both the front and rear are quite flush. So get those spacers in there, and then play with the camber tops of your coilovers and see how you go. Might even be able to go more than 15mm spacer once you start adding camber...

IT scrapes like a mother on slammed hieght. I am maxed out on camber in the rear..I went this morning and had the tech explain everything to me..HE turned the screw till it did not turn anymore..He said it was set a 0..and I did whitness it. I am thinking of getting the S14 camber kit..will this allow for even more camber. All I need is like .5"-.75"
and I should be good to lower it more....

the wider the wheel the less it looks like camber...IF I stuck my stock wheels you would be able to see instantly how much camber..

Well I think I have solved My problem. I decided to take a stab at fender pulling..Its not the best job but its also not bad for my first time..I fiqure I chipped the paint while rolling the fenders more so I sais to myself, I am going to have to repiant it and take some dings out of the fender where people hit me in the parking lots so might as well pull the  fenders and they can repaint and correct any of my mistakes...

aghhh!! what did you do?? it look good with the stock fender. now its gonna be hard and expensive to go back. you shoulda just cut the fender tab. that would of give you the clearance you needed and just get a smaller tire

I had the fenders rolled flat and it still rubbed..these wheels 10.5 -8 are very aggressive wheels and I dont like to see all that poke..thats just me plus I had to raise the hieght even more just not to rub..I only have it lowered and inch from the top of the coil.  I am loosing 2.5 inches from where I had it before and the car maybe you could not tell in the pics but it sat like a hot rod..high in the back and low in the rear. I raised the front  up more and it was alomos like I was at stock hieght again. No no no.. I want it slammed so this was what I did..
THese are the wheels I got and I really like them and what is the saying make the wheels fit the car....I know I did not do the best job in the world and believe me I am a little disturbed that I did not waite but I have learned a lesson to be as patient as possible and in this VIP is very addicting and one must learn to control themselves and let the pros do what they do best..
 
I know its going to cost some $$ to make it better but I will get a quote and just start saving untill then I ain touching anything else on the car that I cant do..hahahahahaahahahahahaa ...gotta keep a possitive! as long as a lesson is learned than the situation is not as bad.

zion, if you're going to drop it that low as shown above, i'm gonna have to :bowthefuckdown:

dont even trip about the front.  if you need clearance, just raise it. y33 are notorious for having a higher front anyways

I can as long as I can get out of my drive way...:thumbsup: The hieght right now is donw only 1 inch from the top of the coil so I have plenty of room to lower it..and like I said I can allways adjust my camber out to sit flush..so allthough its a stump in the road its not the end of the world :thumbsup: and any good body shop can make the fenders look TITS..might coast money but then again everything does so I am not really worried there..I just want these wheels to fit and then I will work on body work aero paint.

Thats what my wife said to me...Thats one of my vises...SOmetimes I think there is no tomarrow and I have to get everything done today..I guess thats why I never miss deadlines with my  Graphics Business. It pays off then but not on DIY that I  know nothing about but will convince myself .......YOU CAN DO IT...nothin money cant fix right..or I will take all my parts off  sell it and start over...J/K this is my baby!

What i meant that *if* it was zero camber it would be straight up and down, but i can see that you definitely have at least 4 degrees of camber if not more. Maybe he used the word zero to mean thats the end of adjustments, but it is certainly not at zero camber. If you got the wheel alignment printout, you would be able to see exactly how much camber you have...

looks nice.. i think its nice low now after u adjusted the camber..

I think I may hold off on the poweder coating. I am going to have my wheels refinsihed next week and am starting to feel the Chrome..

Exhaust is Magnaflow..The VIP badge is OEM NIssan but I am not sure for what car...It is for though.

ivery nice.  i dont think you made a mistake pulling the fenders.  i also pulled my fenders on my car and people were iffy about me doing it.  in the end it came out grerat. your car really looks good.

I was telling another member about it as well..There is a difference when you have air vs coilovers on how you mod the fenders..It seems as most that have air dont roll that low and only slamm it when parked. I however dont have that option and need to roll at a set hieght and as low as I want to roll it had to be done..It just needs some tlc on the edges and I am happy with it....now I can honestly roll slammed with no clearance issues with my fenders and I only scrape on a steep drive way or super high speed bump..other than that its all gravey.....

Did you ever work out what was causing the  rubbing in the first place? i.e. where exactly the rubbing was occurring?
 
Personally i am not a huge fan of the pulled look on any car, because it makes the fender look paper-thin. But FWIW, i think your effort isnt that bad... Looks equal and not too 'duckbilled'. I reckon you should just get a bodyshop to make it look thicker and more 'OEM' at the current width, then just reduce camber until it is completely flush again...

Thats basically what I am going to do. The tire rubbed the inner fender above the edge..so I think what thecorrect solution would have been radiuos my fender? is that right..not so much a pull?  I dont know..but yeah its pretty equal on both sides and its not paper thin..when you look at the fender in person you can still see the flat edge that has started to pull out...So what I was hoping was to have a body shop heat the metal and hammer/ work the metal back down a little and smoothe it out .

Thanks man,,yeah it was a lot of work and still got more work ahead. The overall look of the car is starting to come together..and whats crazy is that I started out wanting to be EXE and now it seems like I am leaning towars VIP.. Roberts sig sais it all...and its true.
 
Damn I keep looking at the PS picture with the side skirts and bumper painted and I am really starting to think that I should paint them. deff makes the car look even lower. :thumbsup:

What up Folks..I wondered where you were at. I thought maybe you were working hard in your dungeon fabricating some new aero kit design for your Y33..LOL..glad to see your back..we will have to set up a photo shoot with You , Jstyle perhaps Damicci if he is down and myself...I should be getting my wheels refinished this week hopefully if my buddy has time...that reminds me if you have not got your wheels refinished I have a buddy that will do them for $50 a wheel plus a 12 pack..he is really good...Most places charge about $150+ a wheel.

Anyways glad to see you back.:thumbsup:
