My G50 Q45 W/JDM Motor finally starts

well after the last few days of connecting, hooking up, connecting some more, and a hole lot of figuring out stuff it finally started up and sounds perfect. just need to get the radiator put in and a few new hoses for the tranny lines, and the tranny cooler installed. its been fun and very rough but im glad i did the swap myself with some help of course. hope you enjoy it with just the gutted headers on! im the one video taping so here it is

hm..sounds a bit like an american muscle car. :D id rather have a deep bassy exhaust sound with a vip car ..just my taste

interesting haha very i interesting my lexus sounded similar with that haha who needs mufflers... :2funny: nah but i like a throaty sound

yeah sounds pretty sick without the exhaust but to bad there going back on. im gonna be getting an exhaust on it soon. maybe one like rasrx7's with customs piping. not sure tho. but tomorrow all i gotta do is get some new hoses for the intake pipe that go to the intake manifold and the one that connects to the tranny to the filter. hook up the tranny cooler/belts/and the hood and then im done. hope everything runs smooth. ill keep you all updated.

while your under there did you upgrade the tranny cooler...number 1 prob for the q..i still gotta do mine...can smell it everday after the long drives from la.... :)

i got a hayden tranny cooler, ill see how that is havent even opened the box yet. but if anything i also have a b&m in stock over ehre that i can use. still havent heard your car yet man. which 5 zigen was it again?

mega fireball...im in need of a tranny cooler upgrade too..maybe you can help me out and find one that works best.....and i can bring out the car.... :)

just saw your vid...damn...thats loud..the exhaust sounds like that when you floor it..sounds like the idling on your car..not the revving part..heheheheh ;D


ill be at takumi projects meet to check it out..if youre in the area...u can hear the exhaust...

If you decide you want a 5zigen G50 exhaust also after seeing his, let me know... got a friend with a brand new one that he prob won't use.
