Canover air ride for 2nd gen GS

I bought this kit over a year ago and never installed it. Its over at my friends house in Gardena for So Cal guys to come by and fondle it...Local So Cal pickup preferred but I can have my friend ship it as long as buyer pays for the cost of shipping. [B][I]Asking $1500 shipped[/I][/B] for it. This is a used kit, I never installed it on my car though. I bought it as is. What's pictured is what's included nothing more, nothing less. PM me.

are those 4 small tanks the accumulators?

Whats the other things that i would need? is it  just valves and controller and thats it?   and where would you get that stuff?

I believe those are accumulators.  Supposed to speed up the lift time.  You would need valves and a controller.  I actully found 2 valves today cleaning my garage.  Brand new with a pressure switch.  I'll ship them to you directly from my house whoever buys the kit.  Not interested in parting it out.

I'm wondering if those accumulators will work with my air runner setup?? hmm...

accumulators are universal.. they slow it down not speed it up, but it helps ride quality tremendously

"The problem with air cylinders is that they do not have any give like bags. When you hit a bump the air has no place to go. Air accumulators give the air a place to go. When you hit a bump, the air goes from the cylinder to the accumulator. The air then returns from the accumulator back into the cylinder when you are driving normal. This allows the accumulator to give a smoother ride."

They will be left with the kit

i guess the question is... what is needed to make this kit complete?

in order to protect yourself as a seller, and ultimately win the buyers trust and satisfaction, can you verify the accumulators actually have a bladder to allow the air to "move?"

most accumulators (like the ones pictured) for air suspension applications are simply hollow air tanks.  all they do is increase the volume of the air system.  the physical property of air is that it can expand, but almost insignificantly, in an automotive air suspension application.  increasing the total volume of the system allows for this minute number to be increased proportionally.

I would love to verify in person but these are in So Cal and I'm in Austin. That's why I said somebody can go and touch and feel and caress and fondle if they are in So Cal. These are the accumulators that came with the canovers...
 
so how would one verify it anyways?  Let me know if its easy, then I can have my sister verify

How many miles are on these beasts and whats the reason for the sale?

I never installed them. I got them from another club lexus member last year who had them installed on his car. Not sure how long he had them on. His screen name is Vietnamese. I never picked them up or had them shipped here to install them and just ended up ordering Air Runner kit last month....
