building a vip car, box, as a parent

Just out of curiousity, how many people out there are parents and work extra hard not nly for your family but also for your creative satisfaction of building a true VIP or VIPstyled car? List the car too. I'll start....

Don't feel too bad...I've got two ages 4 and 5, and I'm only 23 trying to raise them in the military.  :signdammit:  

They're worth the effort though.

I think someone's looking to see who has been giving their family priority over their car...I think those of us with family do taht, but don't really consider it.  

Me, my budget and time restraints are what keeps me from working more on my car...when you only ahve so much time and money left for leisure time with your loved ones...they kinda take priority.  My car will likely be years in the building, though to do it all would only take a few months.

Funny how protective we are over our cars.  When my last project was totalled by an inattentive driver, I actually cried.  Not because of the money lost (I'd put over 6k in addition to the vehicle's price) but because of the time I'd spent.  I was pretty attached to the old girl.  And so long as we keep in mind that they're not first in line when it coes to presents, life is generally cool.

I know exactly how you feel! I as well have been in that same incident (Car toatled).
and I to cared alot about my car and put thousands into it! And it was a FORD PROBE!!:smiley-rofl:
