temp exhaust

I am still looking for the perfect exhaust set up. right now i have a magnaflow exhaust with 4" tips that have a great sound but not deep enough. Let me know what you think and any suggestions

what did you do with your stock exhaust?? =o i might need it if you still have it

on another forum one of the q owners kevin deleted the rear muffler and just ran dual magnaflow tips... looks nice and isnt too loud

other y33 guys have run dual exhaust around the spare tire well

if you want more sound a quick fix and should not be cost to much is just get rid of your 2 front resinators..you should notice a big difference..the middle stock mufflers arnt to restrictive so it should really improve your sound for about 40-50 bucks.

It looks good.  What are you trying to achieve from the change?

Not bad. I'd cut a hole on the opposite side of the bumper and slap another one on there! Looking good!

Naw, it would look good. We both plan to do it to our cars but I want him to take car of other parts intead of an extra exhaust. For example Lower the car!

Pancakes knows me very well. se we like brothers and he know that I would do it like right now but he's right, I need to get other things like lowering it and what not. Its been Donkatized :pat: . I also plan on upgrading those other two mufflers to deletion or aftermarket ones.

Looks better than stock...that's for sure!

It sounds pretty decent for what it is and how much it cost! :biggthumpup: 
It sounds close to a quiter version of a G35 exhaust!

telling you ellimanate those two front resinators and watch how different the sound....
and a cheap mod at that...

Zion, do you have pix of your exhaust setup? I saw a rear pix of your car and like the way yout exhaust looked. Did you remove your resonators & increase the piping size? I'd like to see an under belly shot of your exhaust system. I was thinking of getting a magnaflow muffler too and maybe some 7-10" long tips (slightly angled up, extending an 1-2" past the bumper).  Benji has a nice set up to, so Benji if you can post some pix too.

g35 sound almost the same but I honestly wanted it to sound like the coupe's exhaust

No sorry I dont. I have this you tube video though...it has some pic ans some sound...My car is to low now to get under there with a camera..I have redone the wholes set up from the cats back.
