Adding holes to existing wheel holes???

Guys,
I have a 4hole Work Wheels and I was wondering if it is possible or safe to add 4 more holes to the existing 4holes? The reason for this is because I don't want to change my wheel set and I have a 5x114 disc brake setup which I just acquired. The existing 4>114 set up will be converted to fit a 5>114. I was looking under the wheels and the mounting part is sold just like what I see with those dual PCD wheels so I was thinking if its okay to do it. Thanks in advance.

I have seen wheels like that with dual PCD's but I am unsure if the structural integrity of the wheels will still be good.

As long as a qualified machine shop does it...no big deal.  Their equipment is very precise and even the taper angle can be done perfectly.  Much equipment these days is computer aided cutting and milling anyhow.  Not just Grandpa's lathe out back..

If ever I push through with the drilling of new holes, I'll have ROTA do it for me since they have the equipment for it.
