Wheel Suggestions for my R129 PLEASE!!

Just looking around at everyones rides here and it's obvious you have good taste!

I currently have 18" Brabus wheels on my 500SL, but am in desparate need of some change. Any suggestions would be appreciated of what type of wheels to buy for her. Ideally I would like no bigger than 19" and defintely have to be chrome. Need lot's of dish as well.

The bolt pattern is oddball at 5X112........

Any website links, or companies preferably in Canada ?

Here is what she looks like now:

Your bolt pattern is not oddball. 5x112 is the Mercedes staple. There's a ton of wheels available in that5 bolt pattern. I would go with something more full face and fill up the huge gaps that that car has in the fenders. SL's can take some pretty decent sized wheels and decent offsets compared to many Mercedes. I'll do a quick chop for you..

My suggestion. These wheels lend themselves very well to Benz's and are available in your bolt pattern. PM me if you have any questions.

Try Will from Style Boutique. www.styleautoboutique.com Definitely some full faced wheels would look good on this car. Auto Couture Magnifiques, Work DHs, or Leon Hardirritt Ordens.

whatever you do, you got to lose those brabus replica's fast!

I feel bad for brabus, a wonderful design that got bastardized beyond belief. Even when you see the real one, you assume they are fake.

My Brabus wheels are not replica's, but still need to be replaced. The car is an original Brabus edition that was imported from Japan.

ah you see what I mean ? even when they are original, people assume they are replica's.

it's a no win situation.
