well, ive started on a project, a VCV10 93ES300. ive been doing some modifying of the coilovers. in these pics, the wheels are a 19*9et23 trafficstar rtv used for test fitting on the project with a 2"wheelspacer. and it just barely fits. so im thinking a 19*9.5 et-35 approximately will do the trick. so that just means mega super lips. wink wink. anyone got any ideas of what wheels will allow me such a negative offset? been thinking of the kranze bazraeia.
enjoy

wow...thats alittle too agressive. You have a pic of the whole car? It might work if you had a body kit, lower stance and some spacers.

Its a little too much for the size of wheels you have. That much camber on an 18 (and suitable ride height) would be cool IMO. But then I am a little biased on that matter

For me, too much camber, but then again, I'm fairly conservative when it comes to that aspect

if u need to run camber to fit a certain wheel size, then
its not that bad, but it looks like u cambered it just to be
"VIP" so i think it looks excessive.

ditto, from the pics i can't tell if you need the camber to run those wheels. If so then its not too much all though you may want to consider whether you'll be spending "too much on tires" because of all the camber.

camber looks alittle too much to me.. and i think if you drive like that, the wheel will hit the suspension.

whats the need to run that camber, seems like you have plenty of clearance. why not shave the fenders and get rid of some of that camber.

hm. necessary, not really. but i do like it, i just took the car cover off the other day, stood back, took a look, and liked it. it really doesnt look like that much camber, but it still is. im going to go for it.
and in my original post, i stated that it had a 2" spacer, so was it needed, nah, just wanted to see how it would come out.
so, i guess im going to stay with it. but now i need to modify the fronts a little bit more.
then time for air-over.

That camber looks kinda nasty, i think because the wheels don't look wide enough. But yeah that's my opinion.

yeah, it looks a little strange, but there is a lot of negative? toe right now. and the lips are tiny looking, but with a new setup, there should be a lot more lip and i think it will come out a little better looking. but this is a project car. everything is up in the air.

well....
it does look good and all but you are cuttin it close. a big enough pot hole could just pull all your rear suspension out. The tires aint that wide either.

you have to lift the car up a bit and straighten out the camber.
you want a nice, tight stance. Not a crippled stance.

Just do it with smaller diameter wheels, make sure the car is basically laying frame, and match the camber front and rear, and it would look sick IMO.
