yeah I saw this to. I could not believe it BOSE make suspension...THen went oN and read the article...25 years it took to make this suspension

The thing i like about it is that they fully expect this suspension to be available as a kit to be retrofitted to older cars. 
 
The thing i dont like about it is that, you have to drive jacked up like a 4x4 to get the advantages of that suspension. Nothing can make a ride smooth when you have 1" ground clearance.

It has nothing to do with the strut towers. The only way to soak up bumps is to lift the wheel all the way up. If you have 1-2" ground clearance you cannot soak up the bumps.
