those with universal air
how low is your car and what kinda shocks are you running?, also how much did you pay for them?...i recently installed universal air on my car on stock shocks and i am not satisfied with the ride hight! the back dosent even tuck rim and the front has a 1 inch fender gap... i guess i didnt do my research...now its too late, the carshow roll in is tommorow and im going to run it like that in the show, even though im getting a lot of compliments about how good my car is im not satisfied with the height, so after the show i plan to pick up a set of shocks immediately...on a side note, i curbed my rim today too! fuck, im not even a week of having the rims on, i guess thats why my friends call me the pothole king.

ur from hawaii right?? there might be things you can do such as cut the upper bumpstop mount..but if it is ur shocks that are bottoming out, then that would be an easy fix..i have an ls on kyb struts and universal air bags..in the rears i had to cut the upper bumpstop mount down to get it lower..if not it would sit a little higher than the fronts..now the rears bottom out because of the internal bumpstop in the bag and the front bottoms out because the upper control arm hits the fender..easy fixes if i do wanna get it lower in the front

the rear bracket..had to grind down the inner circle which held the factory bumpstop

I had the UAS system on my ride and it was the ish, my frame sat on the floor with no problem, you might want to call them and ask support for any ideas on how to lower it more, and the bumpstop idea kazuo459 is suggesting is only one way, but call Zack and ask him! Best darn air system I've ever had!

are you in hawaii.. Im Marshall of eight08customs.com.. I deal withmostly Scions but i did my first install with bags on my car and learnt a ton about the UAS kit .. maybe i can assit you in getting it working right..
IF you are from Hawaii are you the owner of the Black Infinity at the show? IF it is i was looking at your front set up today.. you have to cut that spring saddle off.. If that was your car I saw that the bags was just put on top of the stock saddle. I know the old owner of the kit i used had the same problem.. I read the instructions on line and followed it to the dime because of what the old owner of the kit told me way he didnt like it. and he showed me how he had it mounted.. I myself wasnt to fond of cutting that saddle off to where the weld is.. and cut it a little higher and added a sleave about an inch.. and guess what I also had that same problem.. so i went back in and cut it to the weld and re welded it back on in which the new saddle now sits lower brining the car lower to the perfect hight.
IF you are from hawaii my XB is in the Scion Boooth ill be there all weekend. come by and i can show you what i did..

I am starting to like my setup *this on stock shocks*, at first I thought it was a bit bouncy for my liking, but with a little bit of playing around I found the best setting that works for daily driving low and daily driving high for the construction zones.
And mine goes down pretty low, and I most likely dont want to go lower, if the car doesnt sell, a bodykit will be in the works.

I'm the person who installed it. I have installed many kits including UAS.The Front spring saddle has been cut so the bag can sit on the lowest point on that strut. The car actually sat way higher using the sleeves it came with. I cut and pounded all the struts so they can sit lower without using the sleeve. The stock strut does not work well with these bags. He is buying something else. I actually bought the first UAS suspension in honolulu and put them on my LS. I had many problems with it but yes Zach helped me out. I have sold my LS but I dont think ill ever go back to UAS bags. I prefer EZstreet. Airrunner doesnt go low enough either.

cool man.. i had to trash those sleves also.. the saddle is now welded without the sleave to the old weld that held on the OEM spring saddle. my car also dosnt sit as low as i expected it to sit and UAS told me to flip the bearing upside down somehow.. LOL to lower it aouther 2 inches.. rightn ow it just tucks half the tires only
IF i had a choice i would have not went with UAS but it was my only option and easiest way to get the car bagged.
But it was a great learning experiance.
