I just got back from the show 5am this morning!
Overal I thought the show wasreally good, the best show I've ever been to so far. There were alot of nice quality cars and alot of "VIP"/VIPstyled vehicles and B.A.B.Z can't forget the B.A.B.Z!!!!:biggthumpup: Thanks to all the people who came out to support us, My Pops, C4President (Sorry for being so fustrated at times), BIG L, DaygoVIP, etc.........
As far as the trophies/awards went, it was your typical HIN set-up! :pat: 
They had about 5-6 different VIP categories including BEST VIP COUPE????, BEST VIP EURO, BEST VIP BMW, and a few others that really didn't make any sence...... On top of all that 90% of the cars that won the VIP categories were were EUROs/BMWs! I think a M3 won one of the best VIP categories?????

AF did win first place for one of the Best VIP categories w/ Sickazzspanky's GS!! Congrats!
Thanks to Auto Fashion for letting me have the chance to Debute my car at one of the Hottest shows of the year!
 
My favorite part was having 3 silver Qs parked together and rollin one after another. I also REALLY enjoyed having 6 full VIP cars rollin down from LA-SD at 3am. I wish I could see what it was like to see our cars rollin by hahahahaha! Alright I'll shut up! Back to the pics!
BTW- I only to rollin shots of the way up there so I'll have those posted later!

Here on the east, you'd never get that many VIP platforms at a show....which is why HIN broadens the category...that's just how it goes.  I was suppose to go with my group Emotion, but couldn't get out of work that long.:saiyancrunks:

It was actually a good show but better if you have a fast picture taking camera. As well as one you can take pics without a stand :(. The VIP cars and styled cars were all nice and clean. For once, about a bit more amount of VIP cars and exotic. Can't wait til next season for me to finally make my debut. Enjoy and see ya'll next show

What size wheels are the ones with the Mode Parfume kit?  Compared to the other two Q45's the rear wheels look small.

Noel- Antbo's ride is actually the one with the G Answer kit. Elvin (Elroy's brother) is the one with the Mode Parfume kit.

PangongLS- The Mode Parfume Q is rockin' 19's. Antbo's wheels are by SSR.

I thought it was an awesome show, just sucks when you're really tired so you can't really enjoy it to it's fullest. Lots of BABZ though... WOW! Kinda disappointed i didn't see my Jeri Lee :sad:

Just wanted to thank AUTOFASHION for making new memories once again. And a big congrats to Spanky & Chad for both placing in the Japanese VIP class. It was awesome seeing everyone again.

it was nice seeing you guys again at the car show... i had to support the homie ant's car and everyone else who made it out from AutoFashion. PANCAKES was right, the VIP categories didn't really make sense, (BMW/AUDI/VIP COUPE???):pat:   overall the show was a good turnout, but IMHO the cars who rolled in from AutoFashion were the best by far! ohh and those dammn Tr3s AmigOs! :biggthumpup: big up's to elvyn's Mode Parfume, Ant's G-Answer, and Oscar's AImGain!!

Thanks for coming out to support us Aaron. You know we had to represent big for Daygo. Haha.

Yeah it was the one I was trying to get better pics of. I saw it there and was too crowded in their isle because of that unique red carpet. LOL. It has a bed in the back instead of seats and the kid is an art student. A great example of how to combine automotive industry with artwork.

Come to find out it looks just like it is the one from Axis. If so, it now looks like he is now working with the VIP Moduler or however you spell it. Those rims look good on that Q.

We left around 230am didn't get back till 5am
The construction sucked but there was no traffic!

I heard an 8 series BMW took a first in a VIP class there?

They had a bunch of VIP classes there. Off the top of my head they head classes like VIP Sedan, VIP Audi, VIP BMW, etc. It was a bunch of VIP Euro classes. As long as they had the Japanese VIP class there i was happy.

It's been awhile since I drove a car w/ a kit so I gotta get use to it again. After that I'll probably be driving a little lower..... but who cares I like my shit and it looks sick when parked! hahahaha! That's all that matters!

In regards of what you guys are talking about the cars look FUCKEN great IMOFO! We came out and repped AF and met alot of people and it was fun. I wish i could of had more fun but it was more like work to me because it was mostly me and my lil bro helping people out on questions and i couldnt really leave because my bro doesnt know everything about the shop. Thanks for the support from all the people that didnt show with us and just came by the area and said wassup it was good meeting u guys.

thanks dood. i tried to be as flush as possible with wheel fitment. as for them fools riding like that on the freeway, i'd do the same if i had to drive that far. but once they exited the freeway, by all means they passed the gas, i meant let the air out. hahahah. i even had to tell pancakes to raise his sh!t cuz when i was trying to park him at the show, his HIDs were blinding me. hahah.

yeah when i drove up there i was skyhigh, dont know the freeways too good up there.  but when i drive around town i ride with the rear wheels tucked. roads are pretty good here.  its hell on my tires though since its rwd

Yeah thats one thing I was troubled about as well..I would have loved to see all those y33 slammed riding down the freeways  like the folks in Japan do it...but I can understand that those aero kits cost bank and they probably dont want to risk scratching them up...

Regarding the ride height on the freeway, what is it that you have to worry about? No speedhumps or driveways, so i assume its to avoid bottoming out on the undulations? For me, highways are when i can start relaxing!!
 
Not trying to hate or anything because i agree those kits would have been expensive, but it would confirm my worries about airsus (too soft down low)

dips, potholes, uneven pavement. you name it.

you cant drive to LA from san diego with wheels tuck.  Not practical.  Tires would be bald by the time you get to LA.  2 finger gaps in the freeway for long distances is just right.  Nothing wrong with there ride heights.

Really nice Pics!  I only wish that there was more vip influence here in FL.  Oh well it makes me look forward to moving to Phoenix even more.  I can't wait!

Come on guys there's no sense in turning this pic thread into a battle ground...I am surprised at YOU PANCAKES for even replying with such explicit language..and Qoozy with a triple POST????This is a forum and your going to get told things neg and pos about your cars when you decide to display pics and don't get all but hurt when its not exactly what you want to hear.. VIP = LOW AND WIDE PERIOD...You wanna roll 4x4 and park low low cool then its your guys car and I totally understand..6000 for an aero kit is hella expensive in the first place..I give you guys all props for bringing your cars up to this level, but I will be honest with you guys I think that the cars look better parked while slammed than 4x4 rolling..that's just me and don't get all mad over it..
 
I think I can speak for Dom when I say this...When DOM askes about ride height its not criticism he is gathering info to make a better educated decision..HE and I both want Aero kits BUT we both want to ride low all the time not just sometimes. So I know I have concerns about going air and buying a aero kit because I don't want to be bottoming out I like the security of COilovers and the stiffness of them I know when I am rolling less than 2" from the ground that I wont bottom out because I have not bottom out yet while driving..That's is security that we are both looking for when asking about air..IF rolling low on air will it have the same stiffness and security of a Coilover..That's the question? Its not a put down to say this is better than that or vise versa...If buying an aero kit is going to make me have to ride higher than I don't want an aero kit period..IF I can buy an aero kit and not chunk it up then I would like to buy an aero kit..I don't mind chips and what not because they can be touched up I would be more concerned with cracking the front bumper...
 
Oh BTW IF I just had my car out of the paint booth and was rolling on the freeway for 200 miles I would have used some blue painters tape and taped up the whole front end and then taken if off for the show and put it back on for the drive home...if I was worried about chips and what not..no ride height prevents chips from rocks and road debris.....

Yeah we were suggesting blue tape but i believe it would've ruined the finish because the paint was still fresh i believe. but luckily all cars went and came back with minimal rock chips. haha. we'll test it again for vip autofashion.
