HKS Hipermax RS Coils

Anybody in here running HKS hipermax RS on their V?

Just trying to get some feedback on them as far as how low will they go/ride stiffness/quality compared to something like the JIC flt's.

It's HKS, you can't loose with HKS. It's high end suspension, so don't have to question quality.

JIC's have also great suspension in their FLTA2 and FLTA2VIP applications.

But with any of these coilovers, be prepared and be patient to tune it for your personal taste. Play with the dampening once you install.

Yo, i'm not too savvy when it comes to setting the dampening, but i'm runnin those rs and they feel great. I also think i can take it lower w/o compromising the ride. I also use a lower control arm for added reinforcment though. Suspension is key! It's good to get the very best that you can muster up. As far as jic, i don't know? What car?

your height wont compromise ride quality only your clearance :shakes head:

and LCAs have nothing to do with comfort, only adjustment

Yep Yep. I even heard of a few people who installed RS Coils out the box (with no tuning) and experienced awesome ride quality.

quality?
no
I can hit fenders all day and it will be the same ride quality

for not messing your fenders up
yes.

besides, if your getting coilovers, you automatically give up the right to bitch about ride quality.
