saw this on 190Revolution, nice ride. I'm assuming the fenders are flared like that stock? Looks really clean!

Thanks for kind comments guys. I think I know a couple members on here from Hawaii....
yes the fenders on the 92-95 e500e come stock super flared, allowing for larger wheel fitment. I still have sooo much room under the fenders for bigger wheels.

Saw your car at the show..it's nice, I dig these chassis, but the fitment needs a lot of help. Maybe some spacers would suffice till you get some better fitting wheels, trust me it'll really set off the look of the whole car.
Some inspiration for you of my personal fav:

Yes I have seen this car online before!! It is BAD!!! However, I do not think it is a standard e500e. I believe it started out its life as a 300 or 400e and the owner bought e500e fenders & different front bumper. Rear fenders were most likely rolled.. Does anyone have info about this car?
Yes I realize that spacers or a better offset wheel would be ideal. Got any pointers> 10mm spacer maybe for rear? The front would need to be raised to fit a spacer to avoid hitting the fender

Haha, I do. The fenders are actually custom and shaped from metal. The front bumper is custom as is a lot of the car, but it's the best example I know of. Here's a few other pics for you:
Here is working the front fenders (he wanted to go with the natural shape of the fenders and also slightly widened the front bumper to match):
Here is the rears which he recently re-did from the pic I showed above:
And painted with new custom sideskirts too and R129 SL fender ducts (and ducts under the headlights):
Some more pics:
Now he needs either new wheels or some spacers! Haha..

Maybe sometime we can meet up and I can measure it out for you. Also give you some other pointers for a better stance too. Shoot me a PM if you're down.

Nice MB. The two tone green is awesome.
And, that yellow/rusty one is badass, too.

much appreciated!!! I am actually strongly considering doing an entire black interior swap (since there is a totalled 500e with black interior in Arizona)! Personally, I think a green exterior with full black interior would look stunning & possibly increase the value of the vehicle....

Right on!! That sounds like real 'Aloha' pride...... Recently after this past December's purchase & modifying of the MB E500, the idea of a VIP style/luxury sport vehicle has become more appealing! (however my dream VIP vehicle is a 98-02 Lexus LS400 black on black Platinum edition (Navigator screen; OEM) with OEM air suspension........

El-presidente, that black one started out with VITT overfenders, wich are an off-the shelf product. Then he recently redid them in metal to look like R129 fenders as you correctly pointed out.
Its sitting on coilovers - front are bilsteins customised for pillow upper mounts, rears are customised AE86 full-tap coilovers.
Kit is auto couture and it as an SL grille. Its a W124 if that means anything about the engine.

I had no idea what he had before fender wise, but that makes sense. I knew it was on coilovers though, but not what set-up. I should have looked it up in one of my mags, I remember when it was a feature car. Such a sick car...
Yep, sure enough:
