cool cool..nice pics..love pics...Pancakes stop wit dat 4x4 U keep bringing it up , and calling it out to our attention. I was not even thinking about it after that last thread but,...must bother you or you would not say anything at all... Why not get a custom clear braw made for your front end..they work very very well not the cheap ones on ebay but go to a shop that offers the thicker style..Then you could roll lower and not worry about nicks...THe aimgain bumper is high..its not a low bumper and with those 20's I doubt even rolling 1-2 inches above your wheel barrels would be no problem...Food for thought...I know deep down inside you want to roll lower:fo_shizzle:

Ok for the record, lets realize that everyone has their own style. Sc's or Q's. Thats what makes the whole VIP style and platforms what they are. As for the carbon fiber green GTI, it looked nice too. Loved the rims. You don't have to have a VIP car to enjoy the culture. Maybe he might wanna join the wagon . And of course the stickers, lets move on people. IMHO, to receive something or anything from a company or person who you feel is really important to meet, of course you wont just throw that away or tell them no when it comes to them giving it to you.
For the most part, the XB was hot dawg. Looked even better in person. Stickers and all. As for the Airrunner sticker, I saw quite a few vehicles with them on.
It was like an XB, Y33, Ls, Sc convention. LOL. All excellent outcome. Man the cars gave me plenty of ideas and good to see so many people and hear so many compliments about my car. Made me feel good. :wavey:
In other words, lets keep it positive folks. Now back to our scheduled program.{-.-};85991 wrote:Nothing wrong with a TUCKed look.......... Flush is NOT the only way to be VIPstyle. So take your gift back or send them one so they can pawn it. :smiley-rofl:

lets put it this way... there have been better turnouts
I am also one for not having abunch of stickers on your VIP car but to each thier own. Many of the cars I have seen in VIP Style don't have alot of stickers, just one representing thier club and maybe a sponsor or something. Nice cars, the video was cool but the aspect ratio looked out of whack. 16:9 instead of 4:3. or maybe it's this monitor. Looked like fun nonetheless. I love seeing RASRX7's car <3 for a nice stateside g50!

Ummmmmmmm.....yeah about that,
Its not only about the car being in the magazine or the show, its all about the experience. I went to HIN to support my lil brother and see all the types of cars and whatnot. Its not really all about your car being in the shoot, its about the experience and motivation.
As I stated back to the subject.
The show was an interesting shop. Good A/C for the women and children lol. Did anyone get flicks or information on the other cars that came and left? There was a rotation of people leaving and coming in at least 4 times. N e One get pics of those cars?{-.-};86045 wrote:Theres a debate thread on this NOT everyone need to be flush........

smooth freeways? haha they were anything BUT smooth. he just got shots in the right spots =] and for all you people talking shit about fitment... i may not have the best fitment on my wheels, but i make up for that in other aspects. i drive my car low as shit. and i always put the challenge: show me another LS that daily drives as low as mine, and i'll go lower. so let me know if i have a challenger! fuck fitment, i'm in the low game. but when i can afford it, i'll get wheels with good fitment! and great meet guys, let's do it again sometime. and we DEFINITELY have to roll together again, it was great for the ego seeing everybody look at us as they went past haha!

"Robert, {-.-}, FACE " .... who every you are please keep the BS and negative comments to yourself. We all had a great time, got to see many different rides, and many different taste's/feel for VIP'style'cars. Not everyone wants to conform and do the same thing to their car as you do. So please show some respect and acceptance to our growing community. People want to add their own VIP'style'/flavor into it. That is what makes these meets unique and different everytime. Wherether it was Ron's Q, the White SC, green gti, or white xB (which I know all personaly), they show'd support and brought what they had to the table. there is nothing wrong w/ that.

Jake[/QUOTE] Exactly, subtle is the key...not the whole way across the windshield unless at a show for sponsors..but even then keep it classy. We used etched glass looking material for one of the shows and it looked way more elegant. The design of the stickers and font can also have an impact on the appearance.
