Can these be redrilled?

Found the wheels I was looking for with the offset that I need but the bolt pattern is 5x120 :( I can get hubcentric rings to convert them to a merc hub. Can I redrill these in 5x112 then just cover them up and go?

Turns out I can and its freakin $60 for all redrilled and sleeved.
