Is negative 3 camber at front considered as tire destroyers ?

would u guys consider negative 3 camber to be extreme ? especially for the front tires ? I am expecting camber wear, but I don't want to see metal coming out of my tires in 3 months.

Get an alignment and have the toe corrected and you should be ok.  I am running more then that in my front and so far no problems

-3 degs is not that extreme, however changing any specs of your suspension settings from stock will leave you with abnormal tire wear. Like stated above, correct the toe as much as possible, and get to be friends with a local shop that will be able to flip your tires when needed.

If you have stock specs for caster and toe, youll be fine.

I've run -4* in the front for 1+ year and had no problems other than a bit of understeer on the track causing problems.

Mine is only -2.3, and yeah, it pretty much eats tires.

I flip them every 4,000 miles, if not sooner. And I check the tire pressure weekly.

My current Yokohama Advan Sports... I might get 8,000 miles out of them.

Thats considered "eating tyres"??

I was running a bit over -3. on the front of my 86 corolla and had put a good 25k on it without any problems with abnormal wear and still plenty of tire. I was, however, anal as fuck about the alignment.

Its been so long since I've had a "good" alginment, I think -3 degrees is mild now..LOL! As long as your toe is dialed in correctly, you can minimize tire wear.  And, of course, check your tire pressure often and flip tires left to right when needed.  Negligence is the cause of most rapid tire wear.

im running -2.3 in front and the wear is alright, got it aligned and was able to keep the toe and caster in spec so it drives fine, tire wear is only slightly more worn on the inside after about 5k miles

I replaced the drivers side last month....which was right at 8 months
 
I have one for the front but I'm riding it out till it shows metal to see how long it went for.

My NSX tires last longer, for what it's worth. NSXs aren't known for being "tire friendly."

The Yokohama Advan Sport 305/25-20s I have on the GS are about $420 each, 
so yeah, tire life is somewhat of a concern.

If I didn't flip them, the insides would be gone at 5,000 miles. At 4,000 miles
they are basically wiped-out on the inside (but no cord showing).

My old Yokohama AVS Sports went 35,000 miles when I was commuting to HRE 
(102 miles round trip). Of course, the car was only dropped 1.6" back then.

At $420 a pop i understand you would want to get your money's worth. But if you are going with a big camber look, I would belooking at cheaper tyres. Not like you are going to take your car to a track when it has 5+ camber! 

But big camber on 20s and above looks kinda funny imo... its a look that suits 18s or 19s better

ive been runing with my camber plates maxed out for liek 4 months now
