thought his was freeken cool...look how this old dude rolls .....low as hell..funny part is at the end when they hit those dips and you could see them bounce and luagh about it like nothing.....

That's Daijiro Inada, that's not his car, it's the guy sitting in the passenger seats car.  Dai used to be the figure head of Sunpros Option Video series and had his own section of the video called "Go Go Daijro!" where he would always do something funny or crazy.

Every state has different laws.  I dont think they are illegal in NY because limo's have them.  They honk non stop when someone gets married.

I have the race horse ready horn... 4 horns total and one air compressor...loud as heck.

even better, they drive with no suspension to have it low as possible (well the hardcore guys do)

The Wolo one seems to play it alot faster than the one Daijiro is using. I perfer the slower version.
