Preferd interior SUEDE or LEATHER???

I really want to change my whole interior within the nect year or so and wanted to grab some of your guys opions on which you guys prefer! I already have the color picked out and was considering leather but after seeing all suede interior w/ a suede stiched dash has got me thinkin about maybe going w/ suede! Please share which you guys prefer! Thanks!

I think suede is pretty. You should go with two tone suede/leather. Best of both worlds.

leather when its cold, suede when its hot for me.  I love my black leather interior but it kills me in the summer, i leave it for 10 mins and it turns into a sauna :shrug:

I think suede it great on everything but the dash. 

I think the dash should be leather. A good model is the M5 suded headliner and pillars but stiched leather dash and door panels. Looks great. 

I plan on doing my dash (if i keep the car) in leather eventually.

Suede. It's so soft, it's hard not to like it. I haven't sat in a leather interior that I've actually enjoyed. But that low-gloss leather is very nice though.

I think you can't lose with the suede leather combo I have that in one of my cars (not the dash though) I have been in one car I honestly forget what it was but it was some exotic with a suede dash and it was definitely pimp as hell but I think it getting dusty and not being just simple to wipe off would make it not so desireable in the long term. However I think with a custom stitched leather dash fiyment around the airnags would be really difficult and you would have to make sure you take uber care of it because leather shrinks a lot if out in the sun too long
I need the headliner on my q done in suede as well I have one shop in LA that does good work they did a convertible top on my friends Ferrari

get the k break leather Venus line interior covers. looks pimp.

I added "Mix" as an option because I like the variation of colors and texture.

...and a matching suede lined sunglasses with curtains...thk abt it..

The new Katzkin Rawlings series leather (without the logo) & stitching is the only cow leather I like - ostrich is sweet but bank. I likey the suede!

go with booth only if your going with the highest grade of leather.. 
 
Why becuase it cost so damm much and you want to show the quality of both sides of the Hide. 
 
The cheaper stuffs fron katzkinz if you use that and try to pull off booth suede and leather there is a huge differance in Color on booth sides becuase its a cheaper grade. Lets say you using black, the leather will be black on one side and teh sueade will be gray.  I choose the Highest grade becuase of the price and notm any will want to spend the money on high grade stuffs.. and if someone in Hawaii tried to copy with lower grade stuffs you could see the diff.. 
 
I have used cheaper grade and now with my 08 xb Int.. the highest grade in which cost like 3 times as much there is a big diff in quality.. 
 
here what I paid at wholesale from Keystone... 3500.00 for 8 hides.. retail wouldhave been double that amount.. now include the labor ??? you dont know what its worth.. Noting beats custom work.. in which i see many lack at shows..

i've been planning on what you've done but opposite.  black leather bosters and black alcantara centers in diamond pattern stitching with light padding to give it depth.  the only thing i'm really trying to get a grasp on is how the hell do you clean alcantara without ruining it?  anybody i ask tells me to ONLY dry clean it..  then i say "it'll be the interior of a car" and i'm basically told "your fawk'd".  now i'm wondering if i should just stick with all leather and only do the door inserts and headliner in alcantara as it will likely stay pretty clean..  any insight on this?

those seats are hideous....

does alcantra suede come in any colors other then black? maybe biege?

any color.  it's just synthetic suede made from poly.  you could get it in baby shit green if you desire.

leather seats, dash, and partial doors. 
suede headliner, pillar, rear deck, and partial doors is what i have. i really like the combination and the subtle contrast.

color combination, stitch/style pattern, and grade material will set you apart from the rest.

then again, they do have the GARSON slipcovers too. ;)

You should do the seats in Leather with Alcantara/Suede insert and Suede Headliner & Pillars etc
