what would it take to put these on a lexus?

the lexus center bore is 60.1 so it will fit.

however I would not suggest it as it would not be hubcentric. It would be best for a nissan , infiniti.

you will need to run nissan lugs

why would i need to run nissan lugs? it's the hub bore that's different.

thread pitch on nissans is different for toy/lex
