removing pinstripes

anyone have a easy way to remove pinstripes?

You have to know if it's clear over the pinstripe pr not,if it's clear over it your pretty much stuck unless you go to a bodyshop & then your looking at paintwork,if it's just regular pinstripe you can use a hair dryer to heat up the pinstripe & pull it off little by little..

eraser wheel...or a NEW razor blade if you have a steady hand

+1...if its painted on like lowrider style with a brush, you can use easy off but you will still see remnants of the painted stripes. so best thing to do is take it to the body shop if its painted on.

wetsand and buff out if it's painted on top of clear.

I wouldn't use the eraser wheel because it heats up too much and if he's asking what to use it means he hasn't done it before. If a panel had previous paint work the eraser wheel will want to eat up the clear because of the heat if he's not careful. 
 
I recommend go nice and slow with a hairdryer and clean up the left over glue with adhesive remover.

true, most people can't even use a simple tool such as an eraser wheel...all you need to do is regulate the air so its low...there's absolutely no way you can burn the paint...unless you are a super idiot
